On January 6 2015 the food was horrible. I ordered a Chipotle Burrito. The chicken was burnt, the burrito seemed smaller, the chipotle sauce was all on one end and all the other gushy stuff just did not taste good. I took a couple of bites and gagged. I ended up tossing it. The avocado salsa was more of a runny soup. I think any place can have a bad batch of product but if you burn the chicken, for Pete's sake, throw it out. Don't sell it. This experience was so bad that I called the 800 number to voice my dissatisfaction. The person asked if there was anything else and I responded, "yes, you can refund my purchase. His response was "you will have to take that up with the local store" "They should call you in the next few days and if they don't, cause sometimes that happens, please call us back" I told him that if they did not call, that would tell me how much they CARE. Read moreLike other reviews, the food itself was fine. It's just that the past 2-3 the crew hasn't been able to fully complete my order and kept missing one item or another. This last time was the last straw for me because they've never been able to complete an order on time when I go through the app given a 30-40 min headstart. I've been left without THREE sides this last order which I believe was substituted with a protein bowl. Now I understand they were in a dinner rush and asked if switching from leg and thigh to mixed was ok and that was great. But I wasn't aware of this switch, if intentional, but it was not ok for the quantity that was missing. What's worse that I called to ask what could be done and while they were supposedly checking for my order they hung up on me. Read moreI had to update My Review. The Food is still good especially the Chicken. But Customer Service is Rude and has been the last 4 times My Family and I have gone. We mostly Dine in but the last 2 times We did the Drive thru. The Male Manager asked Us to Park and they would bring Our order out to Us. When they did they had messed up Our order and We had to go in to get them to give Us Our Order. It was Not Busy in the Restaurant - No one was taking orders but When I went to the Counter They Employees Ignored Me. It was Rude. Finally a employee came over and they fixed the order but with Attitude~ I don't know why? What were We just supposed to eat whatever they gave Us?
