Hands down the best food I’ve ever had other than the way I cook at home! They use Tallow and absolutely No seeds Oils! I even got an amazing protein buzz from the good food! Food is medicine and this food is MEDICINE! Meaning it’s so healthy and taste soooo good! I’ve been wanting to find a place like this! Thankyou so much for an amazing food truck! I quit eating out because everywhere uses toxic seed oils and is so nasty and uses terrible ingredients. Please go check out FU DOGS! I will cry if you guys ever leave Navarre. 😆 I love you guys. Wish they would move to the DC area. Excellent Japanese inspired food. Food was hot, delicious, with an excellent combination of flavors. I had the spicy truffle fries and gyoza. The gyoza was great with a little dipping sauce that came with it. The fries were crispy and the fried chili bits at the bottom definitely had a kick. Their birria ramen was not ready but I bet that would be fantastic. Presentation is artful especially considering this is a food truck. A definite recommend if you are in the area....
