Round Table Pizza — Restaurant in Santa Rosa

This specific Round Table Pizza, when we visited (as out of towers) really was a mess. We ordered 3 beer pitcher's for 8 adults, 2 salads, some twisty bread sticks and chicken wings. First the food was about a 3 star the service was a 4 only for the server, the manager was less than a 1 star. And here is why: the beer was bad, all head, instead of trying to fix or replace the kegs he gave us 3 half kegs and only charged us for 2. I didn't know this until after we went to our fist winery later in the day. That didn't make sense. The salad bar temperature was not calibrated. Lettuce was frozen, other products were warm. One of our party took a plate for ranch dressing and the guy asked "did you leave any?" Note the sarcasm.... I think that if that 1 person was replaced and someone was there to appreciate the customer, the employee and took time to check on things it would easily...

Round Table on Montecito usually has excellent service along with exceptional pizza. Tonight I barely had any sauce on my pizza while ordering extra cheese and sauce. I called to get some small containers of sauce and was told they no longer did that, even though it was not as I was expecting, left a $20 tip and spent over $100. I was told I needed to email the manager. This is poor service, and I understand if I had ordered my pizza and not understood what I was going to receive, but this was their mistake, and by the time I email to correct their mistake, my pizza would have been stale. Very disappointed with their service, and will be ordering elsewhere...

I ordered a pizza on the app to be delivered to my house. They gave me a delivery time. Waited 15 minutes after delivery time and called the location and the young man told me that it was on its way so I waited another 20 minutes and no pizza, so I called the location back at least eight times nobody answered the phone. So long story short, I wasn’t feeling well but I had to drive down to the location to pick up our dinner when I got there. The person in charge wasn’t too friendly. She refunded my delivery charge and my soda. Then gave me my pizza thank God, they remade it. I’ve never had a problem at this...
