QuikTrip — Restaurant in Sapulpa

Disappointed with lack of customer service to start off. Sole employee didn't greet any of our group when we entered store.

He was operating floor polisher when I walked in. I asked where women's restroom was and he mumbled something I could not understand and continued what he was doing.

I then had to wait to have my purchase rung up as he was talking on the phone and facing beverages. He looked back at me waiting at the register. After a minute or two, I had to ask him for assistance.

Love QT but the employee wasn't what I would want representing my store. 😩

Quik Trip is always fantastic. I have been to QT in several different states and you get the same great service, quality food, the absolute best fuels no matter which one you go to. Plus they have the cleanest bathrooms of any Convenience store chain but QT is really more than that. The only way another QT is better than one another is the People they employ. Quik Trip also takes great care of their employees...

While traveling I had left my wallet in the ladies restroom. I didn’t remember it until I was back on the Turnpike. When I realized it, I called and Mark had his female co worker look for it and she found it. Mark secured it for me at the desk until I could double back to get it.
