Villa Fiesta — Restaurant in Sardis City

This was the third try at the Boaz location and as the saying goes 3 strikes you're out. The service was horrible drinks sat empty. The order was not only wrote on the ticket wrong, i.e asked for rare steak the ticket read med rare but the actual steak was shoe leather well when brought out. Ordered the kids the chicken tender appetizer to share it comes with 8 only 4 were able to be eaten as the others were burnt and over fried completely had I let my children have them they surely would've broken a tooth on them. The beans were bad tasting as if they were completely unseasoned just tasted bland and burnt. The side portions are larger than the entree portions. They told my hubs they couldn't serve alcohol (was on a Sunday) but then not even 5mins later walked right past us to the birthday party table with a pitcher of beer (the day before was my hubs birthday and we were there to celebrate). This is really hard. I wanted to give them more stars, because they did take some money off the bill for messing up my order. They were very polite to bring a dish of the refried beans that should have been in my burrito. But man, the food was not hot when it arrived, just barely warm on cold plates and there was no flavor to the beef! My friend who had the chicken taco salad said the same thing about hers, too. She had no sauce on the plain chicken. It's like everything is bland. Geez, chef, don't you ever taste your food? I never would serve tasteless food like that. The only sauce on the table was a green habenero. Not even a regular red hot sauce. I wanted flavor not heat. It was my first time to visit Villa Fiesta and unfortunately I was not very impressed. Stopped for a quick lunch. Greeter was friendly and quick to get us a table. Drink order was taken quickly. Took a little bit for chips and salsa to show up. Waitress finally came around and took order. Apologized for being late. Took our order and then POOF, never showed up again. Drinks were empty, food was a no show, chips and salsa were empty. I got up looking for waitress and manager. They guy who took our drink order said he was the manager and his name was Jaun. I explained to him what was going on and that it had now been right at an hour and could he please check on status. He immediately comes back with food, apologized and started putting it on the table. It’s all COLD. I don’t mean Luke warm. I mean cold. I asked for the owner at this point and was told that she wasn’t in. I asked for her to give me a call and we left. Haven’t heard from anyone.
