Placed an order for pick up for myself and a co worker. Picked the order up about 20-30 minutes after placing the order and drove 5 minutes back to office. When we started to eat, the burger and fries were cold and dried out and my nachos were basically a pile of onions and salt. There was no spot i could take a bite that wasnt so overly salted. We ended up having to throw most of the food out as it was just awful. Tried calling but nobody answered so we emailed Scott, who replied the next day thanking me for the heads up and would let his "very tenured cook" know. No offer to refund money or replace the meal. I gave them two stars because at least he acknowledged the complaint, but honestly, I don't think I'll go back. An establishment like theirs should take a little more pride in their offerings and their local clientele. I'm not sure what was more dissapointing. The food or the lack of resolution. Read moreWent to Blue Line for my birthday with my family. We decided to sit outside in the patio area. I went inside and was greeted by an employee and told him I have a party of 4 to sit outside. He said to sit wherever we would like and a server will be with us shortly. We waited maybe about 7 minutes and no server ever came. We then saw a couple come and sit down at a table near ours and a minute later a server came out to help them. While the server was helping them we saw her noticing our table and she went back inside. She then brought out drinks to the other table and we thought she was finally going to come to our table but she went back inside. We waited a few more minutes to see if she was going to help us but she never did. We waited nearly 15 minutes with no help and so we decided to leave. But first I went inside to tell another employee what had happened. He said sorry but didn't seem very sincere. The restaurant wasn't very busy at this time. Read moreWe had a group of 11 people come into your facility. It was a coworkers last day so we went to have supper and a beverage. Upon walking in to meet my colleagues I went to pull up a chair when an older lady (server) said to me that I couldn't pull up a chair and sit there. i was a little taken back by her rudeness. She then repeatedly stated that it was Fire code and that no more than 8 people could sit there. 3 of us went to another table and didn't say much because we didn't want to make a scene. the server came by at least 3 to 4 times apologizing but stating that she wasn't our server but that she would start our order and let the server know to check with us. No one else ever checked with us and had to be asked to order. as far as the fire code. The firecode is capacity of the building not per table so we were less than impressed to be blatently lied to.
