normally love the food here is over priced but it is sartell.... how ever WILL NEVER go back due to customer service.
What happened was we ordered around noon on 10/14/15 and ordered lunch specials which come with pork or chicken fried rice (info via their website ) we ordered pork. when we got our food was delivered in a timely manner but food was cold and on top of that we got chicken fried rice instead of pork we ordered. the chicken fried rice was tasteless as well as already liking pork over chicken.
when i called to resolve the matter then boy running the front was arguing with me on the phone i told him the problem he said my wife didnt order the pork ( was sitting right next to her) when she clearly had. he just didnt do his job right. i asked to speak with a manager to resolve the issues and he said no manager was there and he wouldnt give me the information for the manager or the owner. Then he hung up on me as i asked him to have the manager or owner call me back. so i went into the store printed off the website menu that states pork or chicken showed it to him he didnt offer to refund me didnt offer anything told me he couldnt help me then argued again about what my wife ordered i told him not to argue with me i'm the customer and he needs to service me that is how a business works also pointed out to him with customers in the lobby and the vendor taking inventory right next to me can all hear him argue with me then he shut up walked to the back and spoke in Chinese to the other staff about me (what he said idk) then did a few more things then i asked him again for the information this time he tells me " i can't help you i don't have the number" and threatened to call the cops on me i told him to go right ahead he had that right. then one of the customers eating there came up to me and informed me that the owners owned China Star buffet and there as well. so i thanked the kind lady and left called China Star and i am waiting for the owner to call me back. WILL NEVER order from there again either and if i were you i wouldnt either!!!
Owner did get back to me and said will give a full refund and "talk to " that worker but if you have any problems contact China Star Buffet the owner owns both of them and David is his name he is a great guy we will go to china star still but not...
Read moreI ordered $28 worth of food to be delivered to the Hospital in St. Cloud at 1406 6th Ave. N. All of a sudden I get a text saying that they are here but they were not there. I called Garden walk and I asked for my food as I didn’t get it and she gave me the phone number of the driver of GrubHub. Driver from GrubHub said that he delivered it to an address in Sartell that I have no idea who lives there and it’s not me. I called back Gardenwalk because the driver said that he just listens to garden walking gets address from them. I called Garden walk and she said that it went to this address and I is that I have no idea where you got that address from she said well they can’t do anything about it that I would have to call my charge card . It was pending they could have canceled that or have the driver go back to whatever address it was and bring it to me. But nothing. They would not do one thing about it and I called up Gardenwalk and said I will never order from them again because they have GrubHub and I will never ever order from GrubHub again nobody will take responsibility for whoever made a mistake. Read moreSorry but I can not rate this very high because the wait time for food, Let me explain I ordered online figuring. It would be faster. Waited for my email confirmation which I got. I waited at home for about 15 minutes before I left. It's not even five minutes from my house. When I got there, they could not find my order. I took a screenshot and showed them then they found it evidently, It never got sent through. the gal Behind the counter was helpful However, and said it would be at least thirty five minutes or longer before I got my order asked if they could call when my order was ready, I said yes. I ended up waiting out in my truck. I waited approximately 40 minutes. Then I went back inside and I waited another 20 minutes for my food. Personally, I think that is unacceptable. There was no reference on the email on how long long the order could take, very disappointed. It should not take an hour and a half to get an order. P.S. this is the second time this has happened but it was almost 4 years ago, maybe that's why we haven't eaten there...
