Gary's Pizza — Restaurant in Sartell

We absolutely love their food! Great quality and taste! This rating is based on the customer service and disrespect of the manager of our last order. We ordered wings on 7/1 and they forgot them. I reached out to the store 3 times with no response. On Saturday i reached out for the 4th time and I spoke with a staff named Nick and he stated the manager would be at the St. Cloud store Sunday and he would provide my name/number. After no response yet again. I called again 7/4. I was told she was too busy to speak to me. I explained the situation and my frustrations. I could hear her in the background grumbling and being rude. When she finally got on the phone she said I was supposed to call her on Saturday. Why would be the one to call her?? I explained the situation she continued to talk down to me and I said I actually wanted to place an order today as we had guests coming and this was our favorite pizza place just wanted to resolve. She again was rude wouldn’t tell me her name and hung up. I had to call back and get her name, Tina. I've never had a bad piece of pizza at Gary's but today at about 2pm I called in an order for a 615pm pickup. When I called in the order, the woman I talked to was impatient and from what I assumed to be preoccupied with other tasks. She kept cutting me off in an attempt to get off the phone. I figured if they're busy, calling in an order for 4 hrs later that I'll be picking up myself would be an easy order to handle. I got there at 615 and the order was not ready. Based on the sound of her unpleasant voice over the phone, I assumed it was the same unpleasant woman that was talking to her employees like the queen from Alice in wonderland. She completely ignored us as we waited an extra 10 mins. When an employee (a pleasant young man) started boxing our pizza, the crabby manager snapped at him, "Hurry up and get them outa here." Not sure if she was referring to the pizza or us. I guess, in her defense, she was wearing a Minnesota Viking jersey and the Vikings were getting whooped by the 49ers in a playoff game. The pizza is OK. I don't care for the crust. It's dry and has no flavor. The MN sushi pizza had pretty good flavor. I couldn't imagine ordering it as is with pizza sauce. We changed it to alfredo...which I would order light sauce next time so it doesn't over power the flavor of the toppings next time. The mac & cheese pizza was good. I'd probably get it without bacon next time. Just didn't like the flavor it added. My daughter loved the pepperoni sticks! I don't like pepperoni so I didn't try them. I got pizza sauce and cheese sauce to dip them in. Nobody cared for the cheese sauce. They liked the pizza sauce though!
