Not worth the wait. Trying to be patience as restaurants are slowly getting up to speed as they open back up, but over a hour for breakfast. Arrived on Saturday morning to find numerous tables open with still a 15 minute wait. When another patron questioned the empty tables, he was informed that there was only 2 cooks preparing food. Once we were seated, we were informed once again that it would be 40 minutes for food arrival. No apologies. Nici was our server and she was at least able to get us some muffins to hold us over. Food order placed. Breakfast arrived just in time for lunch. Over a hour for Meat N’ Potato omelette and pancakes. Still enjoy their fluffy, made from scratch buttermilk pancakes and omelette and hash browns your average breakfast fare. Applewood smoked bacon, sausage, ham, cheddar cheese and crispy tots. Bacon and tots were limited and ham and sausage cubes a little better. A light sprinkle of cheddar cheese melted on top. I guess as long as I am here, I might as well order lunch so that should arrive by dinner.

My family and I came here for a second time. This time, it's not as busy as last time around dinner time, as I only saw a few tables where people sat. But I had to wait 10 minutes before someone came to take my order. Then I had to wait about 30 minutes until we got the food. When I asked if they were shortstaffed today, the guy said that they were not. The food was good, though. The server was friendly. We ordered strawberry cream cheese french toast, chocolate chip bear pancake with bacon, a big country sunrise skillet, lemonade, and soda. When it was time to pay, it also took a while, like 10 minutes, until someone showed up at the register. The place itself was nice and clean. I still think they were shortstaffed. But overall, we had a good experience.

I come here to remember times with my great grandma and grandma. We use to go to Perkins a lot when I was younger. Anyways I came here today (2 days before Christmas) and it was great! No wait time, food was fast, fresh, and delicious! The host and server were very nice! Sometimes you never know the quantity of food you will get but today it was spot on! Started eating the fried pickles before the second picture lol Thank you and Happy Holidays! (In photos-Chicken strips melt with hashbrowns instead of fries, the sampler appetizer with fried pickles, chicken strips, and onion rings. Sauces- Chipotle Ranch and my favorite honey mustard)

First off, Peter, the manager at this location, needs to be commended for his attentive service... too bad he wasnt the one who cooked our food, took our order, or dropped the ball on every aspect of our visit. The store was not busy which left us wondering why we couldnt get our server to stop back and check in on us. We order soda and they tell us they are out of Mello Yello. How do you run out of soda?? Its most likely that noone switched the syrups around, not that they were actually out of Mello Yello. My pancakes and french toast came 7 minutes AFTER my order was put on the table...and were undercooked. Zero follow-thru from any staff (aside from Peter) from that point forward. You would think if you are going to pay $5.50 for two softdrinks that they would, at least, stop by and give you a refill. The server was some young girl with blonde hair. You will know its the same server when she walks away from you in mid-sentence (with a dumbass smirk/smile on her face) when you are deciding on what to order.

We will wait until next spring to revisit this location and - hopefully - Peter has replaced all of the staff we had the misfortune of encountering.

Once again, Peter, thank you for your help in trying to rectify the problems but you cant help it. It wasnt your fault. You cant fix stupid. The food service industry is the most thank-less work a person can be involved with so I feel for them. You have one person who genuinely cares on duty usually mixed with a handful of people who (you can see it on their faces) absolutely want to be doing anything else at...

We stopped in yesterday for some breakfast. The Manager on duty was very polite and did let us know that they were quite busy and it would be a while. We were seated and waited 15 minutes before anyone even greeted us or offered to bring us drinks. We would have left but my husband wasn't feeling great and just needed a glass of orange juice. Finally, the kind manager came and took our drink order. I had drank my entire soda and my daughter finished her kids drink before we even got to order. As we were sitting there waiting, another table had been seated after us, greeted right away and drinks out right away. We ordered about the same time as them. Their food came out in a timely fashion while we continued to wait for ours. Once ours did come out, my daughters food was dry and rubbery, mine was cold and my husband ate his but it was cold as well. We were there for an hour and 50 minutes! Like I said, we should have left but my husband is someone who gives people the benefit of the doubt and gives them a chance. As I was checking out the manager was very kind and apologized up and down about the wait, etc. I asked if they were looking to hire more people as we really like Perkins. He stated that was unlikely as upper management just reduced labor in the front of the house. My thoughts? That was a poor move. There are restaurants going out of business all over the area for less than poor service and dried out food. You've got a great location with lots of traffic. I'd step it up! Listen to your great...

It has been awhile since my last Perkins experience; and now I remember why I don’t eat at Perkins.

Wait staff, they are friendly but it’s very obvious they are understaffed. Our waitress took our order, dropped the food off with the bill and we didn’t see her again. I had asked for an extra napkin and I had to go get them myself. No one stopped by to see if we needed anything or how our food was.

Food, my and my daughters food was cold (I’m not a fan of cold eggs!) I didn’t eat much of my meal as it was not to my liking (As I knew they wouldn’t be able to meet my expectations, as Perkins is one of the McDonald’s type of sit down chain restaurants.)

Prices, as there were only two of us, our bill was over $40. The food and service were definitely not worth the price. I assume they are tired of hearing complaints about the food and service, because not once did anyone ask us how our food or service was.

Recommendations, find somewhere else to eat like a mom & pop cafe/dinner in the area. This place is not worth the time, food and money.

Perkins menus are not allergy friendly, as they don’t note if certain items are gluten, peanut or other allergen free. You are rolling the dices if you have food allergies by eating here. I did asked for the gluten-free options and the waitress, left and came back to said “we do not have a gluten-free menu” and then proceeded to list off items (eggs, bacon, sausage, hash brown..) that are gluten-free on their menu… I appreciated the effort however it made me even more cautious...
