I am guessing the three young girls working on a Saturday evening are high school students but i’ve noticed that while they’re extremely busy an older working adult goes off to the parking lot talking giggling to someone for a good 10-15 minutes. Honestly shouldn’t you be inside the store helping out instead of talking outside? I don’t know but if you’re on the clock shouldn’t you be doing some type of work related task instead of having a whole conversation outside? But even if you’re a manager/store owner I don’t think this is the type of example you should be setting. Like be a team player and be an example of team player? And this is the same person who was giving a whole attitude to a young employee like you yourself isnt doing any better. Because i know very well if the three young girls went outside to have a whole conversation with someone during work hours the adult/manager/owner is gonna say something.
