Hong Kong Express — Restaurant in Saugus

My family’s been living in Saugus for 20+ years. We’ve been ordering from Hong Kong express since they open! Never not once had an issue! Until today, we ordered a PuPu plater for 3, the delivery is always quick with them and never an issue, we pay, get the food bring it inside, open the bag and pull everything out, we notice we’re missing a few items that normally come in the meal. So I call to let them know and they lady is hesitant and tells me “send picture” to the number she spells out to me. I send picture of the food and she texts me back saying “girl put order right” I wasn’t asking for money back just wanted the items we were missing. Never got our food, never got a response. BEST CHINESE FOOD WITHIN 50 MILES. 5 stars without a doubt. The food is always amazing. Ask for extra duck sauce. Only issue with the place and believe me you'll learned to ignore them because of how good the food is, sometimes when they say 20 minutes for pick up its more like 45 minutes but that's fine. Their prices seem to be on par with other Chinese food places in the area, in my opinion all Chinese food is over priced but hey can't fault them for wanting to make money. This could be the most unsanitary place I’ve ever been to in my entire life! While picking a to go order I noticed a cockroach crawling on the table where my bag of food was waiting for me. Then the women who worked there walks out of kitchen with no mask and gloves on. To make thing worse she walked back in to the kitchen and let out a sneeze. Then walked back out and tried to except payment. I told her she could keep the food as I walked out. I am a restaurant owner and I’m appalled by how gross it is in there.
