Please don't take this as a negative review just as constructive criticism. Continued patronage of this local restaurant would definitely help so they can get things figured out. I'm sure they will get things figured out. I would say dine in is hopefully better than take out for this restaurant currently. The staff is extremely nice but still has some issues in terms of service. The food is hit or miss on takeout. I wish I could be more specific and give people an idea of what they could order or what they should stay away from, but it would probably identify me more as a customer. I will leave it that again. You should still go to this restaurant just because they're hit or miss doesn't mean they won't figure things out and be a great restaurant like they were in the past. Please...

We had a table of 5. We waited 10 minutes plus to even be seen and another 5 to get drinks. Ordered a large queso, got a small. Salsa and chips were good. Ordered another 15 minutes later. Food came in a decent time but they forgot a whole order of fajitas. They made it in a hurry, didn't make it to order (included items that were requested to not be in order) and they were completely over cooked and flavorless, and they weren't hardly touched because of this. They refilled our drinks incorrectly also. When we spoke to the manager, he said he would "give us discounts" and this was a whole $8 off of the fajitas they forgot and were not edible. Stopped by here on last Thursday the 5th. I'm from St.Joseph. Was my first time eating here. I had a quesabirria quesadilla. It is a new item on the menu. Let me tell you that the shredded beef with the cheese, cilantro and onions was AMAZING! Every bite was full of FLAVOR! The cheese added just the right amount of salt and sharpness to the the quesadilla. The birria meat which is a shredded beef cooked in consume was to DIE FOR! It had a nice tomato flavor with a amazing kick of spice. Definitely the best quesadilla and birria I've ever had. Would definitely recommend...
