Sweet Dream Donuts & Coffee — Restaurant in Savannah

I sadly had to change my review. It seems like the customer service has really regressed. I walked in to the lobby, no other customers in sight. I prefer to go in to see what is actually in stock. Waited a few minutes to be greeted. when the employee did acknowledge me, someone drove up to the window a minute later, and the employee left me standing. The drive-thru ordered several items, and due to the time of day the selection is already limited, so that sold them out of items that I was planning to purchase. So, is first come first serve not a thing?? Then I attempted to buy an iced chai tea latte. The employee assures me they have the chai in stock now and leaves to go make the drink. Another 5 minutes goes by, and I'm brought some type of orange smoothie. I asked the guy what it is, and he says you ordered a smoothie. This 25 minute visit results in just getting a few donuts that weren't what we wanted, and no drink. I'm not sure that I...

I come there on a weekly basis with my kids. I am always in the drive through or in the lobby for at least 15-20 minutes, with only two customers in front of me. For some reason they only have two employees during the busiest time of the day. One in the back making donuts, and one working the window, counter, and register at the same time. Today, like many days, I waited 20 minutes and had to leave before getting my kids food because of how slow the service is. I wonder how many more people walk out because of the long wait. How much business do you guys lose because you won't hire one...

Yeah, I agree. Firstly, I had high hopes for this place, but the donuts were a major disappointment. The dough was dense and dry, lacking any of the fluffiness that makes a great donut. The glaze was overly sweet and artificial tasting. The chocolate donut tasted more like a sugary mess than actual chocolate. Even the classic glazed donut was subpar, with a strange aftertaste.
