Dockside Galley — Restaurant in Saxman

Please share your true thoughts for Dockside Galley. I got a burger, milkshake. Waited at least half hour before the sack was brought out to me. The Onion rings were great, nice and hot, not greasy. The burger was absolute garbage in taste and texture. It was sloppily put together, and the bun for the underside was nearly gone, I supposed from the grease contained therein. I only chocked a quarter of it down, before throwing it in the trash. Thank goodness I had a milkshake. To beat all, I paid nearly 30.00 on this, garbage. A small little roadside restaurant with good food at reasonable prices. Everything we had was delicious! Great burgers, great seafood, great sides. We were a little disappointed that they were all out of both clam strips and halibut. The portions were ENORMOUS! Two people could easily share one of their seafood baskets. Dining is either outside on picnic tables or under an enclosed porch, so wear a jacket. Service was very friendly if not a little slow. I was one of those dreaded customers that called in only minutes before closing time and they still accepted my order, and with a fantastic attitude. My delivery order was taken by Andrew and he worked with me on making sure i was happy even though they were all out of a couple things I wanted, but I was thankful he checked while was with him on the phone instead of calling me back later with bad news.
