The service this morning was absolutely horrific when I order a drink that’s supposed to be green with a tent of blue and it gets handed to me and it’s brown and I look at it and you say this isn’t right and I taste it and I say it’s not right and they close the window and my face and say have a nice day and then I call them and you ask talk to a manager there’s no manager because they’re in Ohio and then their supervisor is out of the country so I get to deal with a half trained assistant manager who is the current shift lead who wanted to argue with me about it because the barista who was rude already said something to her anyway overall horrible experience and customer service if you want good service and food I suggest one of the 2 South Portland locations or the 1 in Gorham they’re all better than this one my drink was a blue raspberry watermelon rush and this is...
Read moreI will say, I’ve been coming to this Aroma’s for a few months now and the staff are always very friendly and incredibly nice. However, the last month or so every time I’ve ordered drinks they’ve gotten it incorrect. Whether it’s the incorrect or absence of an alternative milk in a dirty chai, or the size of a Rush, or even the cinnamon topping I’ve requested and paid for that’s missing - it’s been consistently incorrect the last 7-8 visits and it’s infuriating because their prices have been so expensive lately. Occasionally, I’ll come through with a coworker or two and it’s a gamble if THEIR drinks come out correctly or not too. Some days, ALL of our drinks are wrong. Read moreI am generally quite happy with the service at AJs. I frequent a number of their locations in greater Portland, and particularly this location. Most visits have been positive but I did have an instance where an individual went around the line and cut in between the order and pick up windows. I was quite disappointed that the staff proceeded to take the man's order from the pick up window rather than ask him to get in line. I do think the staff should have refused to serve him as by serving him they let him cut off 5 cars filled with customers. I recognize that some locations have 2 windows where orders can be placed, so I also think this location should ensure this type of mix-up...
