We can’t thank Bill enough for his assistance for our last minute wedding reception. Due to COVID, our wedding was postponed twice. Rather than postponing again, we decided to have a small ceremony and reception at our house. Bill was more than accommodating when I called with questions and he made some suggestions based on my ideas. He was early, set up quickly and helped us every step of the way. I would have rated ten stars on customer service alone, they were lovely to interact with. Having “met” the owner and spoken with two employees, I can say with certainty that they’re all above and beyond the service of any other place we’ve tried in the area. Food was good, pulled chicken was fantastic without sauce. Minor mistake (received two skillet corns instead of one corn and one potato salad), and the Grubhub menu doesn’t specify that the side you order with the Loaded Mac will arrive on top of the meat and macaroni rather than as a side, but it was still good. I just enjoyed Bill's Grill for the first time last week. Bill and Jorie and his staff are great. The food was DELICIOUS! My co-workers raved about BBQ - the rub, the sauce, the meat - not too smoky a flavor, tender and delicious. And they say they are picky! I'm a vegetarian so I can't speak about the meat myself, but they sure devoured it and really praised it. I enjoyed the green beans and homemade mac-n-cheese, which were quite tasty. And I like the eco-friendly packaging! Nice job...
