Horrible horrible absolute terrible service. Idk why I continue to try to give these people a chance. I have tried yet time and time again and they are complete frauds and just stingy Mexicans. Instead of having good customer service they continue to not hold themselves accountability for giving incorrect orders with missing items. I’ve spoken to a manager Martha and she first said she would only give me a discount next time obviously I’m not ok with that because if I paid for something and didn’t get it then that is theft and I deserve to either get a refund or my item I originally was supposed to receive. They then said I can come back and get the missing items, After and hour. Then they call me back and say that I have to wait a week till I can get my missing item, then they said the manager personally put the items in (cilantro salsa flours tortillas and onions and my 1/2lb of barbacoa) of course that is a lie they are just completely rude and dishonest and would rather make whatever money they can instead of making things right for the customer. I was not asking for much just for what I originally order , which keep in mind I called the order in ahead and verified at the window 3 times to make sure they had everything . Then I waited 40! Minutes to recieve my order! Yes 40 minutes for an order I called in ahead. This is absolutely atrocious customer services and can be considered petty theft. Good thing my bank will allow me to dispute and free any purchase I need. I am completely annoyed with their service and the quality they offer, you would think being a Mexican restaurants they would uphold Mexican standards of efficiency and friendly service but that is something that does not happen here. I live very close by and as many chances I give this place they always fail chance after chance. I’ve decided to stop wasting my money on what seems to be left over food just heated up. I normally get brkfst tacos and when Gabby use to work the drive thru my order was always fresh and accurate. She has since parted ways and now the girls they have working the drive thru are useless. My orders usually wrong the wait time is brutal and the lack of common sense this place has is mind blowing. I’ve also ordered brkfst after 1030 which lunch is then served and it seems it’s a bother to order brkfst after 1030 because while one taco is fat meaning they put a lot of whatever in it the other one is hardly anything like as if they gave whatever lil bit was left not only that the tortillas are hard the inside is cold I even had to turn back around have them remake it asked the girl if it was freshly made she said yes I threw it away myself but yet the times were still cold and the even harder crispy tortilla. I was furious but I wasted enough time there as it was I just I’ll never come back. They always forget something or their point system is down and they all just seem to not care about their jobs or the customers. And I always tip them good I believe everyone deserves the benefit of the doubt but don’t waste your time or money here. Your better off driving elsewhere or choosing different because this place never fails...

Las Palapas Express at Punta Verde Plaza has great food at good prices, which is why I was excited to see it opening in my area—finally, something different from McDonald's, Burger King, and Whataburger! However, I was really disappointed with the service. The staff seemed disinterested, as if customers were an inconvenience. When I was trying to decide what to order, I felt like I was being stared at, and the overall attitude was apathetic.

They kept getting my order wrong, and I had to repeat myself multiple times. The person taking my order, who turned out to be the manager, seemed constantly distracted and had a bad attitude, as if I was bothering her. On top of that, they gave my order to the wrong table—even though it was clear that table was already eating and it wasn't for them. I had to get up and tell the staff it was my food, and all they said was, "Uh, here you go."

And after all that, they still got my order wrong. By that point, I just didn't want to deal with them anymore, so I ate it and decided I wouldn't be coming back. It’s a shame because the food is genuinely good and affordable, but the poor service left a...
