Wendy's — Restaurant in Schoolcraft Township

UPDATE MAY 8TH 2019 Service was very poor. Went there 2 Saturdays this last month and first time got there at 1055 doesn't open until 11 am. Waiting for the doors to open. At 20 minutes after 11 seen employee out emptying the trash . Asked what's the problem and he said they only had two employees there to run the restaurant. . I drove off as did a least 3 or 4 other people. Went to McDonald's down the street. Went back 2 weeks later and 10 to 12 cars were in line for ordering. It would take 4 or 5 min for each car and there was 5 or 6 cars ahead of me. Got tired of the BS evidently they don't want to hire enough employees went down the street to McDonald's again. I did call Wendy's corporate and complained. I even offered to take pictures of the line of cars and send them to corporate. Probably won't help but I'm done with this one. If I could have given them no stars...

Rude staff and customer service. Nasty facility. Constantly getting the wrong order. The last and our final time ever going there, my whole family ordered food after my son’s game so we went through the drive thru and took our food home. When we got it home and opened our food we ALL had white hair in our food. So I called up there to inform them they need to wear hair nets because that is disgusting and a health issue. The women I spoke with was nasty and rude. She told me no one there has white hair and that I’m lying to get free food. First of all I don’t want free anything. Especially from there. If I get white hair in my food without a complaint. I can only imagine what I’d get after a complaint. Thanks but no thanks. We will never be going here again and won’t recommend anyone to go here. Management seriously needs to be reviewed and employees re-evaluated. Get...

I was in there today ordered a couple different things and ordered a full size taco salad. Had to wait a long time. Not sure why there weren't too many cars in front of me maybe 3 but finally got to order and had to wait for the girl probably 3 or 4 minutes while she did something I'm not sure what. She did apologize for the long wait. Got my order brought it home and had no chili for my taco salad all I had was a bowl full of lettuce and sour cream which I told them I didn't want. The girl at the pickup window was about all she could do was breathe. She was afraid she was going to talk to someone I believe rude. But no chili come on. Won't be going there...
