Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Schoolcraft Township

I stopped at the drive thru last night in hopes of picking up a quick dinner. The gentleman who took my order was very confused and asked me to repeat it 3 times. I assumed he was new, so I politely repeated my order each time. Since I was ordering 3 pizzas (including a deep dish non "hot and ready") I was asked to pull around to the front and they would bring it out when it was ready. I watched about 6 cars come and go and 20 minutes later I went in to ask about my order. The girl took a look at my order and said they gave my deep dish pizza to a woman who claimed her order was messed up. I was told it would take 9 minutes to cook the deep dish. I waited more than 10 minutes and asked about my order again since I was watching them hand over my hot and ready pizzas to each new person coming in. I then had to wait while they prepared additional hot and ready pizzas and breadsticks for my order. I understand someone being new. I don't understand why my pizzas kept being handed to the arriving customers. The young woman behind the counter did apologize and give me a free hot and ready coupon to come back. I went to Schoolcraft little ceasers Friday may 16th and ordered a cheese pizza light sauce as I always do and like usual it had normal sauce. I had to ask the manager Ashley if she was remaking it or what as she didn't tell me anything . The point is she was very rude and she would not answer my questions on how to contact corporate office even though she is a manager and I know she has that information she would not give it to me. she just ignored me until I finally raised my voice. I never got out of line, I never swore, I was just simply asking for the information because I've had this problem over and over again at the store. After ignoring me and she finally gave me her name. She said what do you want me to do and I said get your workers to make the pizzas correctly she is the manager that is her job. This Little Caesars Pizza store is absolutely the best, and I won't change my opinion on that. I've been a loyal customer since the day this store first opened its doors. It has been over fifteen years, and it still remains the top choice for me. Of course, I've had a few not-so-great experiences, but they are few and far between. That says a lot, especially during times of financial difficulty. By now, everyone should know how to get a more delicious pizza from here. It's all about getting a freshly made pizza and enjoying it without waiting for too long. Don't get me wrong, it won't taste as amazing as a pizza from an authentic Italian-owned pizzeria. That's a given. This is budget pizza we're talking about. Just like you wouldn't expect heated and cooled seats, a quiet cabin, and a smooth ride in a Mitsubishi Mirage!
