Very VERY rude Staff. Been there twice, both times we weren't thanked for anything and they acted like we were wasting their time. They had about 6 people behind the desk, 3 were working, 3 were on their phones. First time, our food was just kinda thrown on our table without them saying a single word to us, when we finally got the food, which was 15 minutes after ordering, even thou we were the only people in there, it was very cold. Second time, we decided to go thru the drive thru so we wouldn't have to deal with the same girl who was so rude the first time. This time, the girl in the window just dropped the change at us, not telling us how much we got back. Then handed us our food without saying a single word and slammed the sliding door pretty much in our face. (Not jumping to conclusions here, but we hear alot of stories about how rude they are to caucasion...

Constantly messing up order! Go through drive thru and once you tell them 1st things you want they tell you "ok total is" and you have to tell them NO WE HAVE MORE TO ORDER! Then get to window to pay and try to tell them y'all should ask if anything else instead of cutting customers off after ordering 1 thing and she literally LAUGHED AT ME saying "yup yup yup" not even listening!! Whoever runs this place is a joke and needs to be trained and learn to train there staff! Wrote this in drive thru and they still managed to mess up 2 caramel sundaes, 1 Butterfinger blizzard, 2 twists IN A CUP (WE SPECIFIED) NOT CONE and oreo dirt blizzard NO gummy worms and we got gummy worms next to NO caramel, Butterfingers taste stale!! Guess they really do NOT care about customers or listening to them whom by the way PAY their salary since if y'all lose business y'all...

Google says open till 10pm on a Saturday. Placed an order for two blizzards at 930. When I got there at 950, 5 minutes late. No one answered the intercom, went to the window & took a good 5 minutes to get someone attention. All to be told they didn’t get my order. Checked the app & confirmed I was charged & my order was sent to this DQ in Schuyler.Weird thing is that then monitor was already off. Three other vehicles shows up & seemed to not be served. Hope the manger...
