Subway — Restaurant in Scio Township

First, I’d like to say that nothing I am about to say applies to the employees of the Pilot here. They handled things well with what they have and where very polite.

This subway however is problematic at best. No one knows the work hours here. There is a sign written on the door that says “Mon - Fri open 12pm to 3pm. Sat & Sun closed” walked in at 2:10 pm on a Monday, today, and they were closed. Yet, all the food was still behind the glass with no coverings whatsoever.

There are truck stops on the other side of the highway with more accommodations. More showers, food options, and laundry rooms. This pilot has 3 shower rooms and a Subway, and it was the Subway as well as the available parking that attracted me to this location. If that’s the only saving grace of your location, be open. You’re costing your company money and wasting my time. Whomever is in charge, you’re in desperate need of solving serious...

The gray haired old woman working at this subway was rude, argumentative and terrible representative for subway.

It is inside pilot gas station. There is another pilot gas station on the south side of the highway on this same exit.

Here is my suggestion:

On the south side of highway 94 at this exit, There are several other gas stations and several fast food restaurants. Go to the other side of the highway and avoid this Subway. It is not worth your time and is certainly not worth the aggravation. The woman needs to find a job or business that does not involve direct contact with the public.

Exit 167, Baker Road. There is a pilot gas station on the southside, a T/A gas station, and Arby’s, McDonald’s, and a Popeyes chicken. Plenty...

I would give them fewer stars but every now and then I am pleasantly surprised to encounter an employee who DOESN'T hate working there and makes a really good sub...That said, far too often I get stuck with an employee who treats me like they are doing me a favor by being there to make my food. I'm not sure why they keep the old crab *ss there, maybe she's better with the truckers? Who knows. I will say that my last visit wasn't horrible, the sweet little redhead made not only a delicious sub but it was actually picture perfect! Find more like her and this will be my go to subway!
