Mom and Pop's Burger Stop, LLC — Restaurant in Scott City

I was very disappointed in Mom and Pops after hearing that I needed to eat here, and seeing the reviews. We pulled into eat as we are driving through for the festival in town. The food looked wonderful watching it go to the tables while standing at the counter about to order. Then the unfortunate thing, was apparently that I ordered my families order to go. I ordered a bacon double, along with a large order. And... in the words of Leo Gets, "They screw you in the drive throgh"..... one regular cheeseburger was not correct, my mom's cheeseburger was about 2/3rds raw, and the bacon double cheeseburger I ordered,.... Was never given. I was given a regular cheeseburger instead. Then the sides of fries we recieved, seemed a bit lacking from what I seen served in the restaurant. So, my first and probably only review was extremely underwhelming. Our food was only okay from my local food experiences. My wife does not want to return. I may try again, but uncertain when. I apologize for not taking...

I had a chicken fried steak with hashbrowns. Steak flavor and tenderness were good enough I didn't need the gravy. Hashbrowns were crispy with no trace of grease. Coconut cream pie for dessert. You won't find a crust more tender and flakey than here. Service was exceptional. Our waitress was friendly, checked on us an appropriate amount of times and she knew the sides for each order as she brought them. Definitely a place to take...
