I was trapped in this drive-thru for 30mins.
When I pulled into the queue, there was someone at the window, someone in line and someone that just finished ordering something that was $7.
I was a bit worried when it took about 5 more minutes to get the food to the person at the window, but you never know. At this point there were people in queue behind me and the line is curb/landscaped in so you can't drive off. The first person get their food and the next two people take 12 mins each to get their food. The second person got a large drink which is $3 and something else that cost around $4 so it's not like at least this person ordered something obnoxiously large in the drive thru.
After 28mins im at the window and I waited 2minutes before driving off because they hadn't taken my money yet and I was almost running late to pick my kid up from practice at this point.
If they were superb short handed, they should have just closed for the night and people would have just drove by. Providing service that is only bad is going to result in people like myself that won't go back.

They were out of some ingredients, staff was kind enough to let us know ahead of time while we were ordering at the kiosk.
Didn't like that our food wasn't as well made as my past experiences at other Taco Bells. Crunch wraps were ordered with beans and there was hardly any, few in one corner, all the sour cream was at one side. Chalupa was folded at third of the way through instead of half way which left things spilling out. Had paid for extra nacho cheese but hardly much, maybe to one side was the problem. Tamatos in some of our items were just the ends with stem hole.
I don't have very high expectations from taco bell and don't expect it to be best quality of ingredients but seem it can be better assembled and stocked.

Read moreEvery time I go through the drive through, my order is wrong, I just went through three times to get the correct order to match my receipt, and it was still wrong, but I just gave up because I don't have the time or patience to go through again. The staff was getting irritated with me even though there was no wrongdoing on my end, and I was kind when going through and notifying them as the accident. If you go for dine in it's mediocre, most likely they will give you the right order, cleanliness just depends on what manager is there.
