I left honest feedback on Facebook for this business after eating there a few times, only to be blocked and my comment deleted.. All I I said was that the steak, which is ribeye, was really good, but the rolls were not from Philly. To me, the roll makes the cheesesteak. Guy claims these are authentic Philly cheesesteaks, but they are not. He gets his rolls locally, and they are lower quality and thin. That’s ok, and the cheesesteak is not bad, but to tout that it’s a true “Philly cheesesteak” is a stretch. I understand he has to keep costs down, hence the lower quality rolls, but his reaction to my comment tells me all I need to know. Read moreBeen hearing about this place from the locals for a few months now. So having moved to Bloom after living in Center City for the last 20 years and having made countless trips to South Philly for Cheesesteaks. It was time to give Tony's a try. The guys working there were all nice and the Cheesesteak was AWESOME ! From the first to the last bite and I'm not gonna say it reminded me of any of the ones I had in Philly because it was not like any of their's. It was original and the thing that was different was the roll and it definitely tasted like a true traditional South Philly Cheesesteak. So I really do recommend checking this Jawn out....

Well I got one, the Kenninsgton, Philadelphia experience. Beef was terribly shaved, all gristle all the way through. Absolutely disgusting, sauce was ok but not authentic Philly style. Guy trashes all the local places, but I see why he can’t get out of a food truck, and into a real restaurant. Stop all the talking, and actually deliver. I see why they were voted 3rd best cheesesteak in the area, plus add in that...
