UPDATE!! I decided to order calzones from this location because not all Marcos offer them. I got someone to pick it up for me because i was working. They put banana peppers instead of chicken. They acknowledged the mistake and said i could get it in that moment but since i was working i was told that i could retrieve it on another date. When i tried to redeem my credit i was told the manager blocked it saying i was a "problem customer" and mentioned a time when i "called the day after" this particular incident i was working a night shift and ordered my kids and niece a CHEESE pizza and they delivered an extra pineapple extra pepperoni pizza!! We don't eat pork!!!!! When i called back about the mixup they didn't answer the phone bc it was close to closing time. I had to freaking order Papa John's via doordash. Instead of trying to be better and right a situation I'm supposed to CONTINUOUSLY accept what they're willing to give me even if it isn't what i asked for. It's disgusting behavior and most definitely not how i would want to run a business. Won't be patronizing this location any longer. Not worth the headache and unprofessionalism. P.S(Halal pizza and wings has turkey pepperoni and its AMAZING for those who might be interested. ) This location has disappointed me time and time again. I have always loved Marcos but this location is beyond disappointing. I only live 0.6miles away from this location and usually they deliver in rapid time, but last night they didn't deliver my food until the estimated delivery time. When I picked up my food from the front porch the boxes we soggy and soaked in pizza sauce and my pizza's ingredients were slid off the pizza and cold, my other items were also cold which let me know that the food had been in the car with the driver to have gotten in this condition. I called to get a replacement pizza sent out and after an additional 45mins and no pizza I called back and a was told that it would an 1hour and 45 mins before any deliveries could be made, so I asked for a full refund. The manager on duty alerted me that I could not get a full refund until I spoke to the GM the next day and told me to call around 11 or 1pm. When I called the next day I was told that the GM might not be there till that night or tomorrow morning. I want my full refund for this horrible service and horrible food. So I will be calling back every day until I get it. Its about principle, if you do not have the staff to make deliveries on a timely fashion and with hot, out together food, then you need to be carry out only for that day. This is unacceptable.

**Update: I forgot I had had an issue with this place in the past but my sister wanted something quick so we stopped here. First it's a rainy day and not only is the floor between the door and counter soaking wet, it's GREASY! Also, none of the employees are wearing a hair net or head covering of any sort while they prepare food, so I won't be surprised if I find hair in my food. Quick does not equal good or even OK here. We had an issue ordering online so we came in to order. The initial person we spoke to was unsure of the offer we were looking for so the supervisor/manager(?) fixed it and boom- problem solved. One of the other employees that wasn't involved in this interaction just couldn't mind his business- spoke to my sister and I in a very condescending and patronizing tone, and even after my sister said "it's ok, she fixed it" he continued to be argumentative. Initial review was 2 stars, reduced to one, now** Two stars because the lady that took my order was super nice compared to the service I've gotten from other people at this same location. However it looks like they let a Roomba slice my pizza. There were two HUGE slices, maybe 2 medium slices and the rest were sliced like they were being served to a 2 year old.

Today is Thursday, January 18th. A New employee who gave me the name King ( was advised they had no employee by that name) advised he could not help with a wrong order that proved 12/29/23. Explained I could come back at 5 pm. I explained this is an inconvenience and he just repeated he was new and that their is nothing he could do. I ordered Ultimate Magnifico. I received a pepperoni pizza. I asked the young lady who answered the phone what was on the pizza I ordered. She could not tell me. I was not surprised I got the wrong order. I talked to Kayla who advised I could come and get order replaced. Today I was denied my replacement because he is NEW. I explained to him this service is horrible and he made it worse. I do not recommend this location. Seems very unorganized and run by people who are not equipped to do a simple job. This has been the worst customer service I have received at a Marco's🙄 I wish I could give No stars. 1 star is too good for this location. I probably would not ever return to this location.* Follow up I called back, asked to speak to mgr the young lady answered, she came back and asked how could she help. When I told her about my experience, she then went and got the Manger ( really) she gets on the phone with an attitude like I did something wrong asking why did I not come back the same day...customer service is really awful these days. I've had this happen once before and Never have I experienced such rude and unprofessional behavior. The lying employee who would not give his name correct name was taking orders,cashing out customers passing food, and making pizza. did not see him wash his hands between transactions. pray...

This place has definitely turned upside down from when it first opened. I ordered online while waiting in my car, while I was waiting I seen one of the employees sitting outside the door smoking I didn’t even know he was an employee until an issue occurred with my pizza. The pizza did not take long at all which is a positive thing out of this it was ready at the time it was expected to be ready which was about a 10 minute wait. I sent my son in to get the pizza and he came out I checked the pizza and they gave him the wrong pizza with my receipt attached. The employee that was outside smoking walked back in at this time and I took the pizza back in with my son and told that same employee that my pizza is wrong. He looked at it and yelled out “Who made this pizza?” Another employee came to check it and he noticed he just attached the wrong pizza to the receipt and handed me the right pizza. That employee was very nice btw. My concern with the employee that came in from smoking is that he did not wash his hands at all he came straight from outside and back to work like nothing and also the same pizza they handed us that was wrong that had been taken out the restaurant and to our car they did not throw it they just sat it back on the counter to give to the customer. That is unsanitary I work in the food industry once food has been taken out by someone it has to be remade because you never know if it was touched or not & the guy did not have any great customer service at all no greeting, no apology just yelled at the other employee asking...
