We are local to this location and waited to try due to poor ratings. Our first experience was horrendous as they completely lost our order, then after arriving made it incorrectly and refused to admit error. Several months later we begrudgingly tried again, this time for a delivery. We ordered on their own site (as the apps usually cost restaurants money) but they chose to still divert it to a service. The service (Slice which is actually Doordash I guess) confirmed the time, as did the original order site.
Upon the ādasherā arrival to pick up, they told them it was incorrectly entered for 8 pm (was due at 1:22 pm). And added 30-45 more minutes for our two pizzas
I called directly to the store manager (at least someone acting as one on duty). The young lady proved why the reviews here are terrible Not only did she not care, she continued to blame the system without a sorry nor a care for our wait. I was not calling for a freebie, I just wanted to make sure there was a correction, but with the attitude, I said I should at least get a credit toward my pizzas ($57 for two medium pizzas btw)
She pushed against that and continued with the sob story of ānot my fault and too bad for youā attitude
I pushed back and supposedly a credit for $19 is due to me. I have zero confidence in this and recommend no one attempt delivery from this location
Terrible customer service and I guess we shall see if the pizza quality equals the service or not ?!
*Update: Delivery finally made it. Dough (on a thin crust) was undercooked. We played āwhereās the mushroomsā together, sausage strategically placed to ensure not one on every piece, at least Extra Cheese cost was worth it! Oh and ordered / paid for Fresh Garlic... it was so fresh it Must Still be in the garlic field cuz not on...

There was probably 2 people in there and the 2 girls at the bar. After finding out that they were out of burgers (I understand it happens but write it somewhere at least), we placed our order and waited......and waited...... 30 minutes had passed and more customers came in and the white noise from the kitchen turned into overlapping conversations. One table arrived after us and got their food before us. When my mom walked up to the bar to ask how much longer it would be they went back to check and I knew that they havenāt even started the damn food. The girl that had taken our order suddenly didnāt come over to see if we needed anything and the other girl came to reassure us that it would be another 20 minutes, which she quickly corrected to 5 minutes and after hearing that/seeing the table that got there after us get their food, I got up and left. Iām sorry but what kind of service is that? You have more people working than customers in the dining room and getting out a small order was too much? I donāt think this will affect you in any way and I hope it doesnāt, just respect peopleās time in the future, I will never be returning to...

I got my food, of course way later than told (which is typical of that location, but I can overlook that) BUT WHAT I CANT OVERLOOK IS MY CALZONE HAVING RED SAUCE OF ANY SORT PUT IN IT AND BEING TOLD BY THE MANAGER MARTIN āThat marinara sauce, and pizza sauce are differentā and they put pizza sauce in my calzone.ā Iām sorry are you kidding me? I said NO RED SAUCE OF ANY SORTS, IāM ALLERGIC TO TOMATOES!!!! I was so frustrated I donāt believe the lack of respect that manager has for the customers not even offering me a credit? Or to bring me the correct order? Disgusted absolutely 100% disgusted so now Iām out $46, had nothing to eat, and no longer have a restruant that delivers to my house to order from anymore.... this is the worst rosatiās ever and I will be calling franchising department in the morning along corporate and whoever else... still hungry n...
