We had a late lunch, I got a Reuben and my son got a GIANT plate of spaghetti and meatballs! I enjoyed my sandwich but my son filled up on our appetizer of chicken tenders and took his entree home (where he said I could add sugar to his sauce) haha! Half of the sandwich went home also because it was quite large too! We were very happy with the service and the prices also. They have done some remodeling in the kitchen and made major improvements. The kids game room is gone but is now replaced with an adult game room (must be 21 to play) the gift shop was remodeled also and is much larger, so my 11 year old was sad he couldn't play games anymore he found many things he liked at the gift shop and my bill proves it! EDIT... 5 Stars to 2, ordered a big to go order at 6:41 pm on a Saturday night. My son and I ordered dinner and breakfast for the next day... Our pancakes (6) that cost $17.98 weren't even edible. The cook hadn't even tried to scrape the grill. The flavor was bland, they tasted like they felt; like a sponge and had black stuff all over the outsides fromtheother food on the grill. 😒 We also got 2 orders of bacon and 2 orders of homefries (1 with grilled onions and peppers) they both came with the onions and peppers and were chopped too small to pick out. The potatoes were old and fried hard on one side. My Fish dinner (fried with fries and coleslaw) was very delicious and only $12.99👍. My son's Bacon cheeseburger and fries was average but nothing worth the $15.68 we were charged. I've never been charged for bacon and cheese separately after you already pay for a BACONCHEESE Burger? When I checked the menu online it states that it's only $11.39. Oh and I ordered 2 pieces of pie a banana cream and a chocolate cream but only got 1 chocolate cream pie and my son said it was the best part! Thank goodness I only got charged for 1!🥴 Horrible experience 🤢🤑maybe the difference between eating in and take-out?

After passing this several times I thought I'd stop at this cozy looking place. The store is very nice and has many things you can buy. So I sat in the restaurant and ordered biscuits and gravy. $13 for a plate. It tasted funny to me. ( My grandmother made it homemade with bacon or sausage grease.) I told the server it tasted odd. She shrugged it off. I kept eating. I finished about 1/4 of it. I finally figured out it tasted like tuna. I told her. She said nobody else had complained. She had no empathy at all and was sure I was gonna pay for them. She laid the bill down. A cook walked by. I asked him. He said the gravy was Libbys. NOT EVEN HOMEMADE GRAVY ! I had to pay for this garbage.( The apple pie was very good. ) As someone from Tennessee, I would laugh when my friend called the area Pennsyl-tucky. But I find it's an insult for Kentucky because they would atleast make homemade gravy. I am not a picky eater but I am a good cook. I had to pay for garbage this morning. I found the meal to be not inimitable for good fellowship with my co driver.

I was staying at the Travelodge owned by Wyndham, they provided me with a $10 food voucher for this restaurant, I came in here to grab some lunch sat down at my table there were three waitresses working there was only one other gentleman in their already eating. I sat there for about 10-15 minutes and the waitresses refused to bring me a menu or wait on me now, I truly believe it was because Owen that works at the Travelodge told me to go down there and buy a weed cart off his girlfriend that is a waitress here, she tried to sell me a $40 Weed Cart for $100 and I refused to be ripped off like that so, now they would give me no service because I refuse to be ripped off. Truck stop Trash ...

What happened to this restaurant? I went in after driving in rain all day with holiday traffic all around me today. I just wanted a hamburger that's it. I realized one waitress had a large table okay I get it. But I sat there for several minutes until some little blond chick with hair sticking out all over the place came over to me. I ordered right away and I patiently waited for the hamburger -after about 20 minutes or more I looked at my waiteess who was really busy socializing and rubbing her hands all over her face. I also noticed couples were coming in after me and some a party of 4 getting their meals eventhough I'd been waiting a long time. I just ordered a hamburger Omg!

Then, I started watching the kitchen hoping my burger would pop up in the window. And what I saw was one of the cooks stuffing French fries into his mouth and then continued cooking. My waitress never came up to me or anything to say shes sorry it's taking so long or anything.

The young guys that hang out at the booths or counter what is that all about? Up and down up and down. I'm going to say this even though I'm not certain but I've been around the block and I swear theres a little drug dealing going on in there. After no one saying anything I figured they lost my order or are waiting to claim the burger as their own because I got up and left. After working so hard all day. I used to be a waitress before I became a truck driver for 5 years at a T.A. and I can tell you I have never seen such disregard for a customer. Granted most people think a single woman won't tip. That could not be further from the tip. I know what it's like to waitress and I tip really well. Little blond girl needs to understand customer service is how you make a living. She lost out on at least a $3 tip.extremely disappointed coming here after I looked hard to remember where this place was located and just wanted a meal. People so engaged with themselves forget what obligations are.

No one seems concerned about washing their...

A review that is hard to do. Don't remember how long this has been a regular stop for me. This was always a stop with good food with fair prices and nice portions, nice kept parking lot and a clyintel. It was a busy stop, open 24 / 7. Then Pilot took control. In less than a year this place has gone to hell in a hand basket. Stopped last evening for a layover. The help has a oh well attatude, service was less than expected, but they have a new menu, yes with higher prices. Had to make 3 selections before finding something they didn't blame on the truck hasn't made the delivery yet. Out of pork chops, no country fried steak, no cottage cheese. Thank God a lot of people dislike liver and onions. The parking lot is covered with holes. About a year ago a everyday, regular, customer fell and broke his knee needing surgical repair. About dusk the parking lot is so full and looks as if one couldn't put another truck in the lot useing dyimite and a shoe horn. In summary, the special board is gone, the friendly staff is gone, the selection on the new menu is gone, the 24 house service is gone. And last, another of the old time truck stops, I think is about to pass away. As I was paying my tap a gent standing there asked if I was a regular. I answered that I was. His answer was a bit funny, saying may God have mercy on me. He and his wife have a summer camp in the area. They stop here when going to & from camp. He said this would be their last stop. That with food, service, prices and portions they might as well stop at a Mickey D's. It took 40 years to build this stop, took less than a year to destroy...
