This place was just place old yuuuck. My mother, kids, and I went there because we had never been and we had tried Brown's before so we decided why not?! We weren't bias at all unlike some locals and friends we know are ha ha. Anyways to start these places only take cash only .. which whatever but we are in the 21st century right? Don't be cheap lol so that was not the downfall of this place... Clearly the owners like hiring young teens ... Most of them didn't care at all to do anything... They all stood around talking and trust me there was alot that needed to be cleaned ... The floors were grooooss and had food on them and we switched tables 3 times because the tables had stuff smeared on them. Ew! We should of known this place wasn't going to be any good when we heard the woman in front of us complain about how her food was totally raw last time she came but we were like weeeellllllllll sometimes things happen let's not judge yet ! We went to sit down and I found it truly gross how they had their tartar sauce in this dirty dispenser machine and the tartar sauce was all dried and crusty on the outside and the ketchup tasted like that nasty cheap dollar store ketchup. Our food came out in a timely manner which was very good .. we waited maybe 5 minutes ! The fried seafood you could tell right away that they had not changed the oil out anytime soon and it DEFINITELY tasted that way too... Anyone who has worked in the food industry can tell when someone leaves frying oil for far too long and man this oil was a week too long ... The food tasted totally bland and it was nothing to write home about at all... Not even salt could save it. Very very disappointed! Such a bummer overall and we were soo excited to try it .. as you will see in our pictures . The best part was...
Read moreFood is great. Yet a young woman working behind the pick up counter was extremely rude. My food was supposed to be to go. When I came to to pick it up , it was sitting on the outside of the pick up window exposed as if I was eating inside. And several other customers were leaning over our food. I said is that my order I am number 41 and she said yes. I said there has been several other customers breathing on our order and it is supposed to be to go. The young lady said well if you don't like the way we do business dont come back. I just spent $157.00. So they began wrapping the order and I said I am not comfortable taking that food after other customers have been leaning and breathing right over it. And unconsciously leaned on the counter and she said if your so afraid of germs then why are you leaning on my counter. ? I said I didn't realize and she said you should not come here. I know it was busy but exposed food should be kept behind the plastic barrier till the customer is able to take it. Not on the outside of the barrier where all different people are in the lobby waiting and people are going to the window to get their own food. I frequently go to markeys and never experienced such bad behavior. I often see the owner there and know that type of behavior would not be tolerated. I do understand it is busy in there but we are in the midst if a pandemic. And orders should be kept behind the barrier not on the outside of ir where other customers are leaning over and into it.

Read moreLike your typical seafood place, over hyped, over expensive and the erroneous 9% NH meals tax makes this eatery a big price to pay for fried food. Was OK but definitely not worth the price. My suggestion don't be lazy and get the lobster or fish from the seafood market and cook yourself. These fried food seafood places are getting way too overpriced for basic food, $3.25 for a hotdog! Almost $5 for large fries, come on both are super inexpensive, I know you gotta make a profit but many other restaurants charge half that price for those two items. I go to the seafood market regularly and know the prices or seafood and regular food items and there is fair prices and then there's price gouging and most places like this price gouge, so unless you wanna spend a lot of money for simple made food be my guest, it's your money, I'll choose to be smarter and go where I'm not going to be disappointed expecting great food for a premium price to be let down as its just basic fried food that they are trying to get rich on. Good luck to them, I'm just one person but I'm sure as time go's on more and more will see my side. Unfortunately the restaurant industry is going down the tubes with poor quality food at erroneous prices. It's hard to get good workers for minium wage when the majority of owners are just trying to get rich off basic food on the backs of low wage workers....
