McDonald's — Restaurant in Seaman

(Wed. AUG 13, 2025: Today Tyler helped me with my order in the dining room. He failed to make eye contact, greet or engage. Nor did he check on me as I ate my bacon egg and cheese meal with hash brown and coffee, I ordered an extra hash brown. I paid $8.98 for this meal which is too high for what you get. But that's how things are now. I do appreciate the free refills on coffee though. As I was about to leave I decided to use a survey I completed to get a bogo mcgriddle sausage sandwich -2 of them. I waited a long time again for anyone to come to the register to help. They seem very distracted here, by what? I dont know, they are not busy right now. A gentleman was seated inside waiting on Tyler to bring him his meal, Tyler told him he would bring the food to him, Tyler just called out the order # is all he did. The food was cold/inedible so the guy couldn't enjoy his meal and got a refund. )(Aug 11th 2025 update..I thought maybe I had judged this mcdonald's in Seaman Ohio too harshly. So I returned this Monday morning. I waited 5 munutes at the register inside for someone to serve me. Stephanie the manager took my order of a bacon egg and cheese biscuit meal with a round egg just like 2 days prior. Stephanie was kind, smiled, greeted and engaged. She also told me that i was welcome to have free refills of coffee while I was still in their dining room. I will give them 4 stars today. Although they still seemed overwhelmed by only 2 cars in the drive-thru amd an empty dining room, no one to wait on. )(Later on in the day on Aug 11th, I ordered a chicken sandwich and a second one for a dollar. They gave me a hamburger instead of a chicken. The following review was done a day or two earlier, the picture of receipt has the date on it. I ordered a sausage egg(substitute a round egg)cheese biscuit meal with coffee. The cashier said he would get my coffee for me, he didnt do that. I had to ask the manager to get my coffee. Also, the customer ahead of me in the dining room was overcharged and had to come back to have his...

Id say the best McDonald's ive ever been too. Definitely the freshest food, service was very fast, and the whole restaurant was immaculately clean.

We placed our order from the self serve kiosk but never got a receipt. Normally staff either arnt around or dont care and try to push you aside and say they will be with you later, but it was almost like they wanted to help, because we didnt even have to ask for someone or stand around and wait. Got our receipt, table tent, cups and went to the drink machine.

Didnt wait but 2 or 3 minutes and we had our food. I normally hate deciding on mcds because i love the burgers when they are good, but boy are they gross when even one ingredient is wrong. This was probably the best burger ive ever had at any McDonald's. The fries were great, not too salty, not cold. Coke was 👌 .

The whole time were packing up and throwing our trash away, theres an employee cleaning the restaurant. Not around our feet, or moving chairs to get around us either. She stayed her distance, almost like someone trained her to do that. The paper towels were stocked, the garbage was empty, lids, straws, ketchup... everything was stocked appropriately. Bathrooms were clean, soap was actually in the dispenser and the water... got hot!

I dont know who runs this store, but the staff and managers need to get...

To start with, the newly remodeled interior was the most idiotic and uncomfortable place I've ever had the displeasure to have to endure . The seating is so small and close to the floor that I think it must have been designed for all people 5' or shorter and no more than a 125 lbs. The staff were shabbily dressed in wrinkled , poorly fitted clothes of all colors and styles. They looked as though they had all just pulled a shirt and pants randomly from a rag bag at the thrift store. No salt, pepper ,or ketchup to be found and the grease that ran freely from the food was unbelievable . Our group , all consisting of men over 50 , made snide remarks about it all weekend. I forgot to mention that the colors , flat black , yellow and some white stripes , looked as if a giant Pittsburgh Steelers fan had vomited on everything. McDonald's , please fire your head of public relations, your designer , your store manager, your district manager, your regional manager and your CEO ! And let's not forget to fire your purchasing agents that are responsible for the uneditable food that was served to us. Or at least change your menu items names to more properly describe them such as , Steak, egg and grease bagel or grease browns , I could go on but you get the picture.
