Taco Alebrije — Restaurant in Seattle

I asked if their chicken burrito is spicy. He replied “no”. When I got my burrito the chicken inside was RED…. Had to throw half of the burrito because my mouth was burning.

I understand Mexican food is spicy in general. But most of the time burritos are not, and I specifically asked about it. I see absolutely no reason to lie to a customer when you know the chicken is literally RED colored because of the spices.

I had two asada tacos with all the fixins and they were delicious. Thick homemade corn tortillas, meat was tender as well. They came with a side of cucumber topped with tajin and picked red onions and salsa on the side. I HIGHLY recommend this spot!
