Visiting the Sebring area for a few weeks now, Taylor @Verizon Sale location recommended Nutmeg's after I said I'd like to find some healthy house made food! Thx Taylor@Verizon! The menu is vastwith many healthy choices (some decadent also) It was lunch te this past Sunday so after wrappimg up @Verizon rolled South on 27 to Nutmeg's Southbound side, Screened in vwry wide one story gray building. I focused in on the Panninis menu and ordered 3 halfs, Rueben, the Pulled Pork and the special which was blacken chicken with Harvarty and other stuff. They were all very good, but the pulled pork was the most flavorful of the 3!! Excellent!! The folk that work there are friendly, helpful and make sure you have a great dinning experience! You order at register, pay and they bring your food to your rable when its ready! Each Pannini came with a side (even the half's) so I got Cole Slaw, Potato Salad and Doritos! Everything was delicious!! I also got a chicken & shrimp Buddha Bowl to go for dinner which was a huge portion for $16 bucks!! I asked how big was it and the gal said it's huge! When I picked it up from the counter, I swear it weighed 2 lbs at least!! Mucho chicken and shrimp, quinoa, greens, avocado, boiled egg, grated cheddar and a fab Cilanto Lime Vinaigrette, which Im glad I asked for an additional dressing, you will need it to cover this monster Buddha Bowl!! As I write this it's 11:30 on Tuesday and I think Im goin back for lunch right now!! If you are passing through Sebring and are hungry, I would stop in @ Nutmeg's BEFORE any chain fast food places that litter Route 27 through Sebring!! Go! Nutmeg's totally a find out here in the sticks! I'm from Miami so this is definately rural for...

I don’t often leave reviews, but Nutmeg’s Cafe has truly earned it. This place may be small, but it’s such a cozy, welcoming spot with a charm all its own. I’ve only been a few times, but every visit has been a great experience. The food is always spot on - fresh, flavorful, and served piping hot. You can tell that the kitchen really cares about the quality of each dish, and it's clear they use top-notch ingredients.

What really makes Nutmeg’s stand out, though, is the service. The guy managing the front is always so kind and attentive, but never in a rush. He makes sure to check in and see if you need anything, which makes the experience feel personalized. It’s rare to find a place where the staff genuinely cares about your comfort and satisfaction, but at Nutmeg’s, that’s exactly what you get.

The atmosphere is another big plus - it’s a perfect balance of relaxed and inviting, and I’ve always felt like I could linger over my meal without any pressure. Whether you're popping in for a quick bite or planning to stay a while, Nutmeg’s Cafe has this perfect energy that makes it a great place to unwind.

If you're looking for a place where the food is consistently great, the service is impeccable, and the atmosphere makes you feel at ease, I highly recommend Nutmeg’s Cafe. It's one of those hidden gems you’re...

If you are starving or in a hurry pass this place by As of now I’m sitting in empty place waiting 20 minutes for daily special and bowl of sour tho soup was not edible who puts raw onion in tomato bisque? Didn’t eat wasn’t offered refund Will not return This is an edit I was in there at almost 3 o’clock. I ate two bites of that nasty soup and left it there. The lady took it away and asked me you were full. I said no it was nasty. She didn’t offer me any refund so yes on the way out I said the soup is nasty. I didn’t eat it. It was nasty and I think you’re the lady that waited on me and you’re nasty too. You were rude. Oh I forgot your soup. I guess I’m an airhead is what you said so don’t even start with me, lady. Edit for your edit!!!! You are the rudest lady who owns a place Good luck and I have given thousands of honest reviews check them out may just...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Nutmeg’s Café is a delightful spot with both excellent food and atmosphere. I ordered the Sweetie Bird paired with a pea salad and a creamy matcha latte, while my daughter enjoyed the pulled pork chili topped with cheese and Fritos. Both dishes were flavorful, well-prepared, and very satisfying. For dessert, we tried the lemon poppyseed cake balls and the guava cream cheese pastries. Each was fresh, unique, and absolutely delicious. The service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and efficient. The café itself has a whimsical charm that reminded me of Alice in Wonderland, making the experience even more memorable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great food, excellent service, and a truly inviting atmosphere.

We stopped here for the first time for lunch. They bring drinks to your table, but then you have to go to the counter to order. We both had the Cuban Club, and she got beef barley soup as a side. I got a salad, but when the sou came, it had corn, which she can't eat, so I had both! The sandwich was excellent, and we both took half home for later. The atmosphere is early yard sale, and I don't think there's two chairs that match, but that lends to the homeyness. She bought a cupcake for dessert and they also have a variety of ice cream. The staff was friendly and efficient.

Nutmeg’s Cafe and Sebring diner are the two contenders for the best restaurants in Sebring, Fl. I believe Nutmeg’s edges out in front due to the menu variety. The Italian wedding soup we had (soup of the day) was unbelievable and set the tone for the rest of the lunch. The chicken bacon ranch wrap was so good as well. I am a sucker for cake balls and they were better than the major coffee chain’s. The old school/house renovated to be a cafe really set the mood as well. Fantastic place to stop by on the way through Sebring.
