2 visits and the same complaints. Orders messed up. Then when they bring you the correct items (that you ordered or that the menu says comes with your item) it is reflected on your bill. And we are talking 12 to 20 dollars worth of corrections on your orders. For example. I ordered the Tenders. It said it came with fries. They bring my order (finally) and it was chicken tenders and chips and salsa. I said that isn't mine, It was supposed to come with fries. The person bringing the orders says no problem I'll bring you fries, just keep the chips too. I responded, ok no problem. They brought me fries in a little paper holder, they were cold and limp. Another order at the same time, was a childs portion of naked chicken. It was ordered with fruit. My granddaughter even told the waiter that she couldn't eat fried food, and also asked what the veggie was and what the fruit was with the childs portion, pointing at it on the menu. When hers arrived it had the chicken with fries and no fruit. We advised the person delivering meals that she was supposed to get fruit not fries. Again, no problem, I will bring fruit. Which they did but it was about a 2 inch by 1 inch container with about 3 tiny little mandarin orange segments and they were inedible. We took all this pretty well, and didn't complain. I want to add that the waiter could not answer a single question and took 20 minutes for every one, having to go check with the manager and worst of all, would come back without the answer and go off for another 15 or 20 mins. We also took this pretty well. When I finally got upset was when we got the bill and they had charged us for all the mess ups they did. Every single one. I brought it to the attention of the waiter who proceeded to argue with me over it. He also billed us an adult portion for the childs portion we ordered and said it was what was ordered. We reminded him of questioning the veggie and the fruit and the fact that she had actually pointed to it on the menu when ordering. Then in response to the billing for the french fry correction he said that was because my granddaughter had told him she couldn't eat fries, so he brought me chips and salsa instead so that I could share with her. Remember, they brought her fries that she didn't order. And, they billed us for the 3 mandarin segments. After all the delays trying to orderr, then the bill fiasco, the lunch took 2 hours. Yes, 2 full hours. And, the food was really not even passable and to make it worst, this is 2 visits with almost the exact same type of incidents. Well 2 fiascos in a row for the same place is my limit. The first time I attributed it to being so new. They have now had time to get their stuff together and be a real functioning restaurant but it hasn't happened. Read more(First time eating there and we did the (on the line order) Had a simple in and out order. We ordered on the line before we left the house. They gave us our recommended wait time. We were there close to 10 minutes after the time they gave thinking that was going to be ample time for our food to be finished. It's a Tuesday evening and I think I may have seen a bowling match on one of the TV's. 15 people in there sitting scattered around eating, drinking, the conversation in there was so melow and shallow it was almost depressing. It was more or less dead the entire time my son and I stood there waiting on someone to help us out. One of the waitresses finally was able to pry herself away from her phone to come and see what my son and I wanted after about 7 minutes of glancing up at us hoping we would leave I can only assume. As we were saying our greetings "HI, Good Eveing. We're here for" we get "Hang on sir We're so busy right now I'll be right back with you". Literally another 10 minutes later she remembers that we're standing there (they do have booths to ease your wait if you choose to sit) and comes and asked us very rudely How she could help. We told her we were there for a carry out and she told us it's over there and pointed in the opposite direction she was more or less running in again because she just had to go refill a drink. I ended up saying Fukk it and walked out. My son had the patience to wait and figure out how to go about getting our food from there. I imagine not every interaction and experience is the same as mine. But I highly doubt I will give them my business in the future. We each got boneless wings of the spicy variety and fries. He ate all his wings but didn't think they were really that good from what the commercials make it out to be. He didn't eat the fries they were nasty. My wings were good the fries the same as his. Read moreThis was by far one of the worst dine-in experiences that I have ever experienced. We were seated after about a 10 minute wait and the server was completely overworked in her section. It took 15 minutes to get our drinks and appetizer ordered. After this, it went straight down hill. My wife, 2 year old son, and myself were then forced to wait over an hour and 15 minutes for dinner that never showed up. When we asked to speak to the manager on shift, he came out and told us that they were just backed up and that there just nothing that could be done about it. He said that he was already back there trying to get it under control but it was out of his control. At this point, we watched as someone else received their food, a group that was not seated until well after us. We asked what the status of our food even was and we were told that it was not even started at this point. The server was polite and very helpful, but was obviously overworked in a complete section of the restaurant where she was one of only 2 that we could see. There were plenty workers from the back coming out for drinks and to conversation, so it is difficult to think that there was a lot of urgency in the kitchen at this point. We could have been told that there was an issue with staffing and the wait times were longer than usual and could have made a decision based on this; however, we were not made aware of any issues. The on shift manager seemed to make more excuses as to the hold up than he did on making things right. We were still charged the full amount for the drinks and appetizer that we had finally received, and even had to tell the manager that we weren't going to pay for the ordered food that still wasn't even made.
