My experience at this honey dew is usually phenomenal with great service from the afternoon person. This afternoon Tuesday, July 31 I went to honeydew and purchased a medium frozen caramel latte with no whip cream. The woman who took my order charge me extra for my foam cup which was $.16 no problem. She had an extreme attitude because I was counting change for the $.16. So because she had an attitude she did not give me My receipt so I Asked her if my drink would be free your cashier had the audacity to crumple my receipt throw it into my car almost spilled my drink and told me stop living a miserable life and closed the window. I love this place. It's a wonderful place to have a child's birthday party. Not to mention a family get together. Most people think that Yawgoo is only a ski area. In the summer you have access to swimming pool Tiaki bar. Huge area for kids to run and play with picnic tables. Make a call the staff can help you. I’ve only been to this location 5 times. I get the exact same thing every time but I’ve never been charged the same amount twice. I’ve never gotten a receipt and if I pay with cash they don’t even offer me my change back. Nobody is friendly either, ruins my morning.
