Sorry English is my second language, i try my best to write this , i hope everyone understand the situationThe Subway restaurant female owneror lady, on June 27 of 2023 around 4pm , she came to the salon where I work to get her nails full set done by me , i spend more than 30 minutes to do her nails without get paid from her , she told me the length she wants , i cut it where she’s asking , I asked her “is the length ok for you “ , she’s said “too long” so i cut little bit down (1/2 of millimeter) and shape all the nails around of the shape she’s asking for , she’s look at them and told me “too short”, I told her “I did what you asked ,but when i put acrylic on i can make it little bit longer “ , she said “ ok “, so i put acrylic on and start finish step , at this time her nails back to the length of starting before cut it shorter ,so she look at her nails and told me she doesn’t like it because too short, i told her many times “i did what you’re asking”, and she said “but I don’t like it too short can you take it off and redone it”, i said “ok i will do it but you have to pay for this full set plus take off plus second full set “ , so she’s started her attitude and screaming when many other clients enjoy getting their nails done and she left without paying her nails she’s asking for, that’s more than 30 minutes labor work on her nails by me , after she left my mind keep thinking of her , my concern is how she can be the owner or manager of the franchise subway with that rude plus not responsibly for her decision and words, i would like to share my experience from me with her to all customers , thanks for all customers who can...
Read moreI'm going to be one of those people who say, "if I could give 0 stars, I would". Now, I don't usually make negative reviews, but this one deserves it. Went in planning to order subs for my son and I, ordered my son's first and when I went down to the veggie section of the counter, saw an OBSCENE amount of bugs flying/crawling all around and on the veggie station. Said something, apologized and said i was all set. The guy started yelling at me, asking what the hell he was going to do with the sub he already made. I said, "I don't know, but I'm not buying/feeding my son something from an establishment that is infested with bugs". He continued to yell at me as I walked to the door, and I said something along the lines of you should tell the owner to clean this place. To which he replied he owned it (not something I'd be proud of, tbh). As I got in my car I saw he was coming outside with the sandwich, not sure what he was intending to do there, but I drove away before I could find out. Certainly will not be back to...
Read moreWent to subway ordered a breakfast sub egg, cheese bacon…..first the girl had no clue it existed finally figured it out, she charged me more then listed menu price by a few dollars, then get to car it’s frozen solid, go back in she wants to reheat, no at this point she says can’t, calls manager who is at a wedding, he tells me going to refund $10 and offers a free cookie and drink, no I don’t want those just full refund, she shoves cookies in my hand, I put on counter, manager then tells me he is losing money and now he’s pissed at me, she then shoves her phone in my hand again I tell her I’m done talking to them and leaving she won’t take phone back so I leave it on the table, this is the worst experience I have ever had and will be calling corporate and better business to file a formal complaint….diners beware of this place and I wasn’t the only one in line that got...
