It pains me to right this review because I used to be a big fan of Rosie’s pizza the past years but after so many chances I’ve had enough. Number 1: it is clear to me, management has dropped the ball. Back then, they used to take pride in their quality and their customer service. Now, they can care less if you are satisfied with your order, and care less to value you as a customer. Number 2: something must be done with their staff!! The girl in the counter in the front had the poorest work ethic I’ve ever seen. As pizzas were piling up at the counter, instead of reviewing which pizzas go to the appropriate customer, she decides to get on her phone for a good 10 minutes. Then when she finally had enough skimming through her phone, she then decides to go to the back and have a conversation with one of the staff members. Finally, a different staff member took it upon himself to come to the front and began to hand out pizzas to their appropriate customers. I appreciate that guy stepping up and taking over what was supposed to be that girls job. You have cameras inside the store, why not use it to see how your staff are performing in their job roles so you can finally take action on this issue. I can see I am not the only one who’s had a complaint about this individual. Bottom line, to the manager reading this, you have officially lost me as a customer. I will not recommend this service or quality to anyone I know and will no longer consider Rosie’s when I want to...
Read moreI have bought pizza from here many times and I think it is delicious. Today I stopped by around 3:15pm and the sign said open, even when the parking lot was empty and it looked closed. So I got out of the car and tried to open the door and to my surprise it was closed, but before I left I tried to open the door 3 more times...and nothing. When I was leaving the parking lot a black sports car was turning into Rosie's pizza, and I am not sure but I assume it was whoever works there. Anyway, I live 15 minutes from Seguin so I wasn't going to wait around. I called Rosie's on my way home, the phone rang many times before it was picked up by a young man and I asked him if they were open today and he said yes. So my second question for him was what time they closed and he replied 11pm, so I explained to him I was there about 6 minutes ago and there was no one there and I tried to open the door multiple times but nothing. And his response to me was "it's tricky sometimes to open it".....yeah, that's what he said. I have been there before and it was never hard for me, so all of this doesn't add up. I do not like being lied to, plus if you see a customer having trouble to enter your business wouldn't you open the door and say we are open, sorry about that. Or something in those words,...
Read moreVery hateful and unkind. On 10/26/17 I was with my father. We headed home. We saw a homeless man who looked very tired and hungry. My father turned the truck around to talk to the man. He went on to buy the gentlemen a pizza. They walked in together and my father ordered the pizza and paid and stood waiting for the pizza to be done. They stood together and talked. Well a Employee came up to the gentlemen and told him in a very rude tone that he needed to leave. My father said he was with him and they were just waiting for the pizza to finish and they would be on their way. The employee then told my father he didn't care and that they needed to both leave. ( Paying customers may i remind you) My father then said they need to be more kind to people. Especially ones who have paid for there food already. The homeless man walked out embarrassed and they gave my dad his pizza and asked him to leave. I'm sorry to say but people and business like that have no business being in business. How can 2 people who are simply waiting on food and talking amongst each other be told to leave? For this reason I wont ever take my business to Rosie's. They need better customer service. Call them. You will see how rude they are when you...
