We ordered our food .I git a fried chicken sandwush a number six was asked if we wanted cooked and fresh .yes I said , and then we waited 30 minutes parked n front of the restaurant .we had to pull back up to the drive through to get their attention to get out food .and the sandwush didn't even look to be from Jack's .it didn't look like chicken .it had no may I no nothing was dry and had three pickles .so I didn't get to eat .and the next day my friend went back to tell the manager about and told her we had spent all most $ 37 and had just got done ordering a $26 dollar order before she had told us there was nothing they could do about .we are from the south and as bad as the economy is ,we spend our hard earned money and did get to eat what I ordered .and there's nothing you can do for me .I love Jacjs they have really good food but this was not up to any standards I know Jack's to have .this was in a Friday night at about 10:30 pm .you might want to check out the employees .I spent my money to treat myself after a hard weeks work and I git tricked instead and went...

I ordered a cheeseburger NO onions and a coke. Same voice said ādrive aroundā. I approached the window with my payment ready. The window opened. The lady at the window never greeted me and only said ā $4.39ā. Never greeted, never smiled, and I still havenāt heard thank you. I told her thank you, and left. When I got to my destination, someone commented on how strong the onion smell was. I opened it up, and it looked as if there were extra onions. I know that employees are hard to come by, and mistakes are made in the food industry. However, this wouldāve have been so terrible if the service had been appropriate or maybe a smile or something. When I got to the window they gave me one DOUBLE scoop. I politely told the lady that I had ordered two single scoops. She then proceeded to tell me with an attitude that I ordered a double scoop. Now normally I would probably have thought it was my mistake, apologized, and told them not to worry about it, BUT, I knew I hadn't told her anything other than that because THATS THE ONLY THING I EVER ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!
