Maiden Voyage Coffee Roasters — Restaurant in Selma

It was great going to the Maiden Voyage... friendly staff, great coffee I was hesitant to try the Horchata Coffee but looked enticing after Rosie's recommedation. I can safely say if you are a coffee drinker and fear the the drink being sugary. This is not the case with the drink it was smooth, refreshing, and tasty. The cinamon, cream, added ingredients and coffee all blend well. Safe to say it's my favorite drink. Let's talk ambience the natural lighting and color is a great relaxing and soothing place to have conversations or do some remote work. The music is not loud at all. My experience with "Chain" coffe shops is that they have the music very loud. Here it's a great welcoming enviornment. If you are in Selma, and would like to visit I highly encourage you to do so. I been going since they opened and i thought their food and drinks were great. But lately their quality of food and drinks is just not the same. It seems like it depends who makes it because there is no consistency on the taste. Each time I go the same drink tastes completely different. They also made my order wrong and i had to go back to replace it once i got home i realized the second bagel was burned and the egg was over cooked. I didn't want to drive back again for the third time. Im sad because I really liked their food and I would go to Selma just for that.

Update. I really appreciate their customer service. They got back to me right after my previous review and they made sure to make things right. This time around I order the breakfast burrito and it was great also the chai latte was amazing. I’ll definitely be going back...
