0/5.. tldr: gave wrong order, still didn't correct it after 2 attempts, kitchen staff speaks rudely to customers, manager runs in the back and doesn't come back to handle the situation. Kitchen was a mess with crushed taco shells everywhere.. the issue had to be resolved by a non manager employee thst stepped up and assistance with the GM..
Ordered steak chalupa and steak quesidila for 3 soft shell taco meal supreme with no sour cream... checked meal after receiving, soft shells was hard shells, went inside to correct. The manager put one soft shell in the bag and tries to hand it to me.. I asked what about the other 2 soft shells? she replied they was in there... at which I stated no there was 3 hard shells and she out 1 soft shell in.. so she looks at the receipt again then makes 2 more soft shells.. cool. I go out and check the food again, to see they was loaded with sour cream.. I took them back in to correct them again... this time the manager read the receipt stating they was supreme and they was correct (she did not read the custom options listed under the meal..) I reiterated my order to which the cook in the back shouted out, well just how do you make a taco then, to which I said I'm not the one who works at taco bell, then proceeded the step up with an attitude before going into the back with the manager. Read moreThey're really nice and even went above and beyond to help us with our order. We accidentally ordered a nacho thing instead of something else, but they easily "refunded" us and then charged us for what we meant to order. The food is always good, and they're pretty quick to get it out. I just have to critique their lack of options, but it's understandable since they haven't been open that long here.
Edit: I've made three orders over the past three weeks, and they put tomatoes on every one of my orders despite me asking them not to put tomatoes. Mexican pizza? They put tomatoes. Supreme tacos? They put tomatoes. Every single mobile order.
Edit 2: They are lucky they are the only Taco Bell within a 30 minute drive. The children that work here are incompetent. They're open for another 4 hours, but they have no large cups in the store. Do they expect every single person to come through until closing to be okay with a medium for the same price as a large? And they forgot to give me part of my order. Maybe that's partly management's fault. If they had two windows, maybe it'd be easier for them to coordinate and get out all of the order correctly the first, especially because they don't pull you up to park for your order so you sit at the window forever waiting on...
Read moreI drive a truck over the road. I stopped here and walked up to the drive thru because the lobby wasn't open even though it was Lobby hours. After knocking on the window and watching the woman laugh as she approached I could see she was less than enthusiastic. She opened the window and an extreme smoke smell rushed into my nose. "Our lobby isn't open she said rudely. I explained I couldn't pull a big truck into a drive thru. She said OK I'll serve you give me a minute I'm busy. She walks over to the other side of the counter and gets on her phone. She then just stands there for approximately 4 min. She comes back and says "yeah can't do it." Laughs at me and slams the window. Wait it gets better. I then commandeered a vehicle that would fit and went thru the drive thru. When I got to the window she was so angry she tried to deny me service after she realized who I was. Think it was personal 🤔 at this point? She then refused to give me her name or my receipt.
