My daughter, boyfriend and I were really craving some donuts and coffee. This store is the closest to us and it's 30 minutes away but we decided to treat ourselves and make a trip. We used the mobile app. My boyfriends large macchiato was half full and unsweetened and my iced coffee was Unsweetened even though I asked for sugar. We ordered the black pepper bacon snacks and it was just flimsy bacon with no black pepper at all. I had ordered a customized box of a dozen donuts. When I got there they told me they had no caramel flavoring that I had wanted in my coffee and I said that was fine, just give me regular. They did not say ANYTHING about my donuts and I stupidly didn't double check them. We drive the 30 minute drive back home to find out that what we thought was Strawberry sprinkled donuts, powdered donuts and jelly filled donuts was actually 9 fashioned donuts🤮 2 maple glazed donuts and one regular donut. I called the store and was told "well we gave you what we had" when I told them that they should've told me that so I could've just gotten 12 regular/maple because literally none of the 7 people at my house like old fashioned donuts I was told "sorry, I would've said something if I was here but I wasn't. Sorry!" Then she told me she could fix it if I came back, I explained I was 30 minutes away and the gas price and time (1 hour round trip) was not worth it. But I ordered a hot coffee and I told them twice they still gave me an egg's coffee which I had to throw out. Also the munchkins that gave me were stale I should have tried one when I was there because that was a major disappointment. Since I was driving from Alabama to the West Coast I was not going to be back to that location. Dunkin donuts has a reputation this store is not that reputation. So basically I lost out I paid for a coffee I couldn't drink and I got 10 munchkins that were hard like rocks. I recently visited one of your locations to purchase coffee and a couple of donuts. Unfortunately, the employee on duty was highly unprofessional — he was constantly on his phone while serving customers. The coffee he initially gave me was old and not fresh. After I pointed this out, he remade it, but still in a careless and unprofessional manner. The quality of both the service and the products was extremely disappointing.
