I don’t usually leave bad reviews and I usually love this place. Last time we decided to order to go, we ordered on the app. When I arrived it took over 20 minutes for someone to initially check on me, and turns out the order didn't print in the kitchen (it went through and was paid for, just didn’t print). He told me it’ll just be a few minutes and they’ll get it out to me. That turned out to be an entire hour wait. No apologies, nothing to make it right. I totally understand that technical difficulties happen but to sit there and wait almost 1.5 hours for my order was pretty ridiculous. This time we decided to call instead and I waited at the register for 15 minutes with my to go order before anyone checked me out, and there was only a few tables, not busy at all. Just a little...

The new place is beautiful but me and my wife went on their opening night, we got our drinks and ordered our food we were there for 2 hours and didn't even get a second glance from any of the servers, we finally gave up and left, I talked to the manager and he said he would make it right with us, mind you this is Valentines day, I tried several times to speak with a manager and one Finley tried to call me when I called back he would not call me back, today we went back to try it again I told the manager on duty the problems we had and he said he would give us a discount, so to make the story short if you want to spend $30 to $40 on unseasoned food you would be better off going to Taco Bell. And by the way our discount was $10 but we are not asshoels we still left a $5.00 tip VERY...

stopped here on our travels through Kansas. Only 2 choices. picked the wrong one this time. I ordered one of the specials of the day . Pollo Poblano. The description clearly said Chicken Breast with poblano onion etc . I got a plate of shrimp with the grilled veggie blend. I cant eat shrmp and there wasnt a piece of chicken anywhere! Sent it back . Server left me a menu and was very irritated with me. I opted out of eating anything here and wont be back . My dinner date finished his dinner while I finished my drink.
