Fat Daddyz — Restaurant in Seneca

Husband and I are not from around here. Stopped in on the bike to have a burger. There was live music outside in the middle of the afternoon. The atmosphere is definitely biker related (in case you didn’t get that already). The place was clean. The burgers and garbage fries were huge and delicious. Our waitress/bartender, Mindy, was phenomenal. She took real good care of us. Fat Daddyz- it would be a good idea to do your best to keep her around. Let me just start by saying, I've been in the restaurant/bar industry for a long time & so yes, possibly my expectations are going to be higher than normal, HOWEVER, the bar was not busy at any point the whole time we were there! I would not recommend Fat Daddy in Seneca, IL. The place is clearly suffering from a serious lack of staffing, which made the wait time absolutely horrible. When my food finally arrived, the Swiss and mushroom burger I ordered medium well was served bloody and completely unappetizing. I even told the server how I wanted it cooked, but it still came out disgusting. Between the long wait, poor service, and inedible food, this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had.
