Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Sewickley Township

This place has a been a go to place for my kids, my wife and myself. The food is normally is good but the past few times I been coming here even as a REGULAR almost everyday for something even as we speak I'm currently still waiting in line through the DRIVE THROUGH and its literally has been 45mins. They have been the slowest even more after new management. I thought it was going to get better but it went even more personally. My order is almost always messed up, they usually over sauce my food or put salt even though I tell them everytime and they still mess it up. Never mind for the fact there's more teens working there then adults. I'm all about kids learning and working BUT there really should be more adults...

Just drove all the way from Irwin to get 1 blizzard. My kid was so excited to try the new blizzard. We got there at 7:40. Waited for 4 minutes for them to turn the lights out , open the window and say “We are closed for the night. “ The website says 8 and we even looked it up before we left, they closed down the Dairy Queen at 7:44 we were the last ones in line. There was no remorse , there was no even thinking about it. She demanded that they were closing. Really disappointed, before this this was my favorite Dairy Queen and now I won’t be coming back. The service at this place has been terrible 9 times out of 10! The young girls working this place are very rude, entitled, and always on a power trip. Don't dare ask for sauces to go with your food...AFTER you've already ordered and paid! They have you stand back in line at the "first" window so that you can pay for it, and then pick it up at the "second" window,.and if you had already asked for them during your order and didn't get them, they refuse to open the "second" window to see what you may need, but they'll all stand there and look at you for a very long time.
