Supper Club Tour #2
We arrived at 4:30p (when they opened) ordered our whiskey old fashioned sweet and sat at the bar for about 20 minutes before our order was taken. Immediately after taking our order we were told our table number.
Salad bar is all you can eat and had a nice selection along with two different kinds of soup and warm breadsticks.
Appetizer: Siracha steak bites, which are deep fried tenderloin pieces that are tossed in a creamy sweet chili Siracha sauce. The steak was extremely tender which was so good. The sauce, to me, should be on the side to dip the bites in. With it being tossed around, the light batter of the steak was mush and fell off. I would get it again, just sauce on the side.
Dinner entrees: My child ordered spaghetti and meatballs and it was as you would expect. The meatballs were very dense and dry though.
Bits and pieces which was pieces of tenderloin, NY strip and ribeye, cooked to your liking served with onions and mushrooms. All of the pieces of meat were very tender and cooked as we ordered. It all came in like a beef gravy/au jus which was really good. It came with one side which hashbrowns were ordered. They were very good and crispy (forgot a pic of it).
Center Cut Cod Loin which is broiled and either deep fried or pan fried with panko and Parmesan breading. We did the panko and Parmesan breading. The fish was cooked well and was very flaky. The breading that was on the fish was mushy and the Parmesan kind of overpowered the flavor. The meal came with one side which I did twiced baked potatoes which were really good, they were cheesy, smooth and garlicky.
Shrimp platter which can be ordered deep fried, broiled or scampi style. They were ordered fried. The shrimp were plump, the breading was nice and light and crispy. It came with a side which was a baked potato that was made loaded with cheese and bacon.
Overall on a scale of 1-5 we would give it a 3.

Read moreEdit: So my new wife and I (yes I have been divorced and married since leaving the last review) decided we would give Seymour Supperclub another shot. A few of my friends had been going and really liked it. So… off we go.
Overall it was much better this time around. The lighting was better. The food was better, the salad bar was better, and the waitress was very nice and helpful.
Is it “The Best of Green Bay”? No. No it is not. They just happen to push the vote like a politician would. And that’s fair. It’s smart to do that as a business. Maybe it’s the best of Black Creek and Seymour. But I’m certain I can cook as better piece of meat and a tastier meal overall.
Will we go back? Probably not. If I spend that kind of money I want to be glad I did. There are other places in the Fox Valley that I’ll travel to in order to spend good money on great meat.
Original Review: The food is awful. We went for Valentine's Day dinner. The salad bar is something out of a grade school lunch room and the prime rib was, and this is no exaggeration, 50% fat on the plate. No kidding, I was served a pice of meat that at least half of it was fatty tissue.
Now I love fatty meat, but if I'm paying for meat then give me meat please.
Extremely disappointed in the food, the lighting was horrible, the seating was uncomfortable, the table rocked, and the service was poor.
I was just extremely disappointed. I was so hoping to find a local place to enjoy romantic dinners out...
Read moreI think on Annie right night it would be good. Or Bartender never even acknowledged us until we had been there 15+ minutes. She was making drinks right in front of us. She had little to no experience with the POS and i would guess me to bartending or at least there. Seemed to be more worried about what one of the servers was doing rather than making drinks. For a Wednesday night I was surprised at how busy it was. Our waitress was hustling like crazy. The soup and salad bar was excellent. Food had good flavor but could tell some had sat for awhile before being served. The seafood plate was good but the shrimp and scallops were cold the veggies, warm at best and the cod and perch were piping hot. Overall, I would go back but maybe on a weekend when I hope they would have a little more experience behind the bar and with better timing on food timing. Overall it had the ability to be 4+ stars on everything probably a 5, maybe we just hit...
