Overall not a bad place I usually go to the one down in Scottsburg but since I live in Brownstown I figured I'd try this one since it's closer as the stars represent the food was amazing service was average I ordered the same thing I always get I don't even need a menu It's the Maria Tara and when I ordered it the server asked me if I wanted corn or flour tortillas and I told her I'm like that never comes with those. So I actually had to open the menu just to show her what it was I was wanting so could have been new not real sure but kind of off-putting. Checked on me well enough until it came time to where I was done finish my meal waited for 5 minutes no one showed up so I just got up went to the checkout. The individual I had to checkout counter did apologize for not getting a ticket and I'm like it's okay it's not a big deal. Quaint little place feels really small but where it's built I'm not surprised but it's very brand new and it reflects it inside so I mean I'm in Scottsburg enough that if I ever wanted I'll just drive down there and get it or I'll wait until I'm there and just get it then but if you're really hungry right then and there and you're going to be in Seymour it's...

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was inviting and the service was great. The food was amazing. The tamales were top-notch, packed with flavor, and the sauce they were served with took them to the next level. The chicken tortilla soup tasted so fresh and comforting. I also highly recommend trying the margarita flight—it was a highlight!!
Claudia was our server and she was so sweet and friendly. Also a few other employees checked in on us to make sure we were enjoying ourselves —great team effort and welcoming vibe. The dining room and restrooms were impressively clean and well-kept, which shows they truly care about their restaurant and customers.

Read moreFirst visit left a great impression. The owner (one of them, not sure which) was incredibly friendly and when I lost my margarita duck he offered me another one. The bartender we had upon walking in was polite, though he struggled with english and didn't speak to us much. He made a delicious margarita! They use the blue agave Jose Cuervo and it's so smooth I didn't even notice an alcohol taste but that one small glass knocked me down. 😂 The owner asked if I'd like another, which I did, but came via motorcycle and needed to keep the ability to stay upright. He said next time if I have 2 drinks he'll give me a free shot. He's got good humour, very sociable. I got the vegetarian fajitas which were very yummy. Will definitely return and...
