DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! I ordered a couple Strombolis with some extras added to it and did not get any of the extras I wanted. I called and had them fix one of them and they had me bring the other sandwich back which was no worries. My problem is the lady at the front making us feel bad for ordering online and saying “you’re better off calling us most the time if someone orders extras online we just don’t put it on there” she said it didn’t charge us for the extras online so they just don’t put what you ask for on there, they either need to fix their website to where it charges us customers for what we ask for or they just need to take their website down all together. So pretty much if you get anything extra online they don’t put it because THE WEBSITE doesn’t charge for it??? Why would you make a customer feel like it was their fault they didn’t get charged for an item they asked for when it’s the website that doesn’t charge? We always look forward to visiting Pizza Palace when we're in town for our baseball tournaments. Over the years, we've consistently enjoyed excellent service and fresh food. The owners are genuinely kind people, and we love supporting local businesses.

During our recent visit, we faced a small challenge as we had our dog with us. We inquired if we could set up outside in the parking lot with our canopy and chairs, and the owner graciously said yes. They even brought our food out to us with napkins and plates, which truly exemplifies their commitment to outstanding service.

Went to catchup with a longtime friend & have a few brews New Years Day. We arrived 45 mins before closing & the owner gave us ample samples of draft beer. I was looking for some N.A. beers for a friend & the owner had all kinds in the back. He brought us some free pizza palace logo cups & coozies along with a 6er of N.A. beers to try out. We were all visiting from out of town & he was so kind to keep the place open until 10:45 for us as we hadn’t seen our friend in YEARS!
