Ole's Crossroads Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Shafer

We walked in and there was 6 people at the bar, not eating. We sat down st a high table and saw a sign on the table” order at bar” . I went to place my order and was told it might be awhile cause she is going to have a full grill. There was nothing on the grill or in the fryers. I requested two BloodyMarys and placed my food order and sat down. I could see the bartender/waitress/cook! One person three hats !!! She was waiting on other patrons at bar serving refills and doing something on the grill and putting food in the fryer.then she finally made my drinks about 10min later. When i went to get my drinks i looked at the grill and now it had food on it.About 10 min went by again and in walked 7 workers and they sat down, she served them beverages and then brought up all there plates of food. I thought where the hell is my food .Again serving patrons again. I got up and looked and the grill and fryers, nothing cooking. I asked if my order was started yet and she said the prime rib sandwich was and getting ready to put the other order in. 10 min later my food was done. My wives burger was only 1/2 done inside and my prime rib sand. Was slathered in the saltiest mushroom sauce i have ever tasted. Must have been made with...

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I was having an allergic reaction one night so went in to use bathroom. I have Celiac Disease, if anyone has than you'll know what I'm talking about and that I needed bathroom. Few minutes one lady asked if I was ok and brought me water. Little later a woman who says she's manager came in and told me I gotta go. I came out but was nervous and embarrassed to go out. She came back with owner, (?) a female, and they stood there with the door held open angrily talking to me. I tried explaining my medical need and they didn't care to hear me AT ALL!! I was only judged and kicked out. Never in my life imagined. Left crying. 😭 💥To owner and mgr: you should be ashamed of yourselves treating someone like this. Overall, it's a bar that does a poor job of also being a restaurant. I don't recommend going for the food.

Their hot mess fries were really good, and customer service was friendly. The rest of their food is fairly sub par.
