Vocelli Pizza — Restaurant in Shaler Township

A few years ago, I had a close encounter with an extraterrestrial. Whether or not you believe me isn't important, because I know that it happened. You might even say it was the most real experience I've ever had.

He was from the Andromeda galaxy, which is the galaxy closest to ours. Still, the distances he'd traveled were beyond comprehension. He assured me that, while it may seem that way right now, humanity is on the verge of unlocking the secrets of space travel for ourselves.

I sat with this spaceman for many hours, and he told me of his journeys through nebulae and star systems. He told me of a great intergalactic war that's been going on since before we even discovered fire.

At one point, we got a little peckish, and he asked me if I could provide him with any Earth sustenance. Immediately, my mind went to Vocelli Pizza. I walked up the street to the Mt. Royal location and picked up a large pepperoni and banana pepper pizza, and I brought it back to the spaceman's little ship and together we shared the most spectacular meal of our lives. Don’t order wings from here. Absolute TRASH! First, they showed up in a cardboard container with no foil so they almost fell through the box onto the floor. Then they had no sauce on them. The little sauce that was put on them got soaked up from the box and when I called to let them know they said there was sauce put on them but the sauce is watery and that’s why I wasn’t seeing it. Hmm! The sauce is watery???? Maybe use a better sauce or make it better? After I offered to send him a picture to show the issue and I wasn’t crazy or just trying to complain his only solution was to punish the driver and send him back out with more watery sauce. 1. How is that fair to the driver who’s working for tips? Did he make the sauce? Did he dress the wings? Did he not use foil? NO. Don’t put hot food in a cardboard box and if you do atleast have the sense to put foil down first. If a customer is unhappy offer a better solution than waiting another 30-45 minutes to fix your own mistake. Spent almost $49 including a tip for the driver. I ordered a pizza from Vocelli's online. I noticed that it was an hour since I ordered so I called my boyfriend to see if they called him instead of me. The driver did, but he gave him my cell phone number to call me. Well the driver never called me nor rang the door bell. I called the store and was yelled at by the person that answered the phone (he did not tell me his name). He stated the driver waited 15 minutes. I let him know that I never heard the driver ring the door bell. He said they could MAYBE give me a new pizza in 2-3 hours.
