We haven't been to this location in years. Came in this Sunday and it was busy. (A large group of 6 or 7 adults plus kids before us, and another one after us.) Only one person working. I think his nametag said "Twig" which was unusual, but the food prep area was clean, he was quick and professional and I even saw him change his gloves. When the sub he was making for me got a bit wet he took the time to wrap it again in a new paper which I appreciated. (We were taking the subs hiking.) Totally solid experience from a rockstar and I hope management of the store appreciates what a great employee they've got. We were having a rough day so having a good experience for lunch turned it around....
Read morePaid for a meal, went to get my drink and over half of the drinks were out including regular coke. I told the cashier and she said "it doesn't even have regular coke now " then she said go ahead and get a bottle. The other girl says "John said we can't give bottled drinks because it cost more" (I believe she said John. Could have been a different name) I asked the cashier how much for the differene. It was 20 cents . I paid it. Got my drink. This would have been no problem if there was a sign up or I was told BEFORE I paid for my meal. So I hope that the manager or owner is happy that saving the 20 cents per drink bought him...
Read moreAbove and beyond! Periodically my family and I dine in and we have never had a bad experience. This time was a bit of a debacle on my family’s part and the store manager was amazing. My children wouldn’t decide, they wouldn’t cooperate and yet the manager was cool and calm and very nice to both of my children.
To make matters worse my daughter managed to place her sandwich on the floor after opening the paper. When I went to pay for a replacement he waived the charge. It’s customer service like this that I love and because of this mans extra caring...
