My girlfriend and I came here to celebrate our second anniversary. I got recommended this place by a friend. This place did not let me down; IT WAS SO GOOD! I can confidently say that this is the best restaurant that I've ever had in Pennsylvania, and I've been to a lot. Everybody should try this place out especially if you are in the area. I live about 30 minutes away, but I would gladly drive more to eat here. And a side note, this place was not that expensive. The price was 100% worth it! Especially when compared to other expensive restaurants. Here is a list of all the food we got and a rating: Bread (starter, free): 10/10. SO GOOD! Most places, including very expensive restaurants, will give you plain bread with some special olive oil. But, here the bread was AMAZING! The bread had toppings such as cheese, garlic, butter and possibly more that made the taste so good. The bread was also very soft. If I could change one that it would be to have special olive oil (like with a variety of herbs) Spicy Shrimp Marinette Vegetables: 10/10. This app was such an amazing choice. We both LOVED it so much. The sauce was so sweet (not spicy at all for some reason) and tasted SOO GOOD. The shrimp was cooked to perfect crispiness and the vegetables were cooked soft and tender. Blackened Tenderloin Tips Diane with Scallops: 10/10. The pasta was super good. I loved the quality of the beef they used. Sometimes I have very chewy tips, despite being cooked to a med rare. But here the tips were cooked so perfectly. Also to a perfect med rare. The scallops were also cooked so nicely. With the crust being browned while maintaining a super soft interior. I loved this dish a lot! Fettuccine Alfredo: My GF had this one so I do not know the specific rating. But I could tell she loved it. Overall, if you are debating about coming here, you should just come. The food here is truly amazing. I enjoyed this place and I will be coming back soon.

TLDR: having been here twice now, it is not worth themoney for mid level food at a place pace that wants to be higher level. If the value for money doesn't get you the poor cleaniness will. Food: Many different options are available and for the times I've been it is very hit or miss. I tried the shrimp scampi that had the sauce broken and way too garlicky, the blackened stack that was well underseasoned and the temperature was incorrect, the chicken marsala tasted off, but the chicken was good along with the mozzarella sticks. The pasta is clearly boxed and at the prices here you expect fresh made pasta. Lastly, we were charged 60 bucks for a steak when the menu said 48, it was not clear what prices were unless you read the fine print at the bottom. That and I guess there ended up being a board at the front that told you, but it needs to be clearer. Service: It felt like we waited for a long time for any type of service. When we got our food, no one asked how it was or if my steak temp was good or not. Only 5 mins into eating we asked if we needed boxes. Not only that, i feel the servers/manager needed to intervene in a very loud and obnoxious table that ended up ruining the one whole night for us and many others. It's a nice restaurant, not a bar. Atmosphere: Unclean. It was gross. The wood along the table was covered in dust, between the booth and the wall was littered with crumbs, and there were cobwebs all over the lights above the table. Unaccepted and makes me wonder how the kitchen looks. The ambiance is nice, but wow was it not clean. So, i cannot recommend this place and would likely take a lot for me to even want to come back. You expect sooooo much more when the prices are that high.

Ghezzi's is a gem hidden way back in the middle of nowhere. The parking lot is small and is always full; sometimes one must get creative. Despite the enormous amount of people who are always there, we are usually seated immediately owing to the fact that we have a reservation, and the service is always prompt and polite. My go-to dish on their menu is the Shrimp Ghezzi, delicious shrimp with lump crabmeat and hollandaise sauce. I've had others, but this signature dish always keeps me coming back. I LOVE it. I also frequently begin my meal with a cup of the house lobster and shrimp bisque, which contains enormous chunks of seafood. Peroni, my favorite Italian beer, pairs perfectly with my meal, and a delicious espresso with a mini biscotti is an excellent finish. The prices are not cheap, but given the quality of the food, it is reasonable. Go to Ghezzi's, you will not be disappointed! But don't get all whiny and upset if you can't get a table. You should have made a reservation.

I have been told how great this place is for years. 12 of us went for a friend's birthday. We walked in and waited to be seated. 3 servers walked by, not one greeting of any kind. The hostess finally arrives(not a very happy person) says may I help you? Yes party of 12. I have your table ready. Great!! Server's were efficient one was nice one was gruff. Drinks were great! Most of the appetizers were tasty. The salad was smothered in white onions. My husband ordered the lobster bisque. Never received it. He asked for it twice. I am sure it would have been delicious. My husband and I ordered the ribeye and crab cakes. The crab cakes had very little filling mostly crab(excellent)! My ribeye steak had no flavor. Most restaurants over do it on adding things. I love the taste of just the ribeye. It literally had no flavor. Cooked perfectly medium rare, but no flavor. Mashed potatoes potato and garlic, I am not sure if they even used butter or milk. Last but not least we brought some special desserts for the birthday girl and were happily enjoying them when they offered us additional plates. Sure why not. On the bill was $1 per plate. Plates we didn't need but thought they were being nice. They wouldn't separate our bill and as any restaurant would do put the tip on the bill. Nearly $800. The only reason they received a 2 star is because some dishes were quite delicious according to some people at our table. I would give it one more chance, everybody deserves a second chance, but I have learned some lessons and will proceed with...
