Food was so greasy and my order was wrong but the waitress did offer to fix it but we were starving as we hadn't ate all day. I'm from the south and it was even to greasy for me. This is a picture of the German potatoes the bottom had a puddle of oil. Needless to say we had stomach issues most of the night from all of the grease. I thought it was pretty pricey for 2 sandwiches and potatoes and a couple of sodas.

The only good part was the server, she was fantastic and really nice. The food though was a wild experience: we ordered Mac n cheese, it came out from a box still with no flavor. Chips and salsa and cheese? Stale, not good salsa, and the cheese is Velveeta plasticy cheese sauce. Tl;Dr everything was from the freezer or a can or a bag and also still not great.

My whole experience was great. It was a little pricey, but I was impressively stuffed. I'm from Albuquerque, so I missed the green chile we have there. But I love a good double bacon cheeseburger, and they nailed it! I hope I remember where it was so I can visit again on my way back home.

TL;DR, It’s okay, if you are in town or passing through and hungry it’s a place to eat. Tho Sunday is buffet only and they close at 2:00 PM MST that day.

The restaurant’s atmosphere is that of your typical small town restaurant. Decent seating arrangements, not too busy nor too loud. It has all the Hobby Lobby-esque type decorations you could ever expect to see. Has some selection of sauces and other items you can purchase. The service is nice, it’s not too overly attentive but not dismissive either. I’m not gonna dismiss them for closing early on Sunday, I run a store that isn’t even open on Sunday so I’m not gonna say their bad for doing that, tho if you plan on going there Sundays do go early.

The food there has been hit or miss in my opinion, I have some stuff I like such as the Fajita Wrap but some items like their steak, can be rather lack luster, compared to another venue in town only open on the weekend. Their Sunday buffet is ok, typical home style foods such as mashed potatoes and fried chicken, but it’s minimal and not every buffet item is palatable.

Overall, I wouldn’t say it’s a destination restaurant, but it would be an okay place to eat if your in the area and hungry, your tastes may differ so you might find...

We found this place when GPS took us waaay off the beaten trail! Hungry and frustrated, we decided to stop for dinner. Not only was the food delicious (with generous portions!), we too were able to chat with our waitress Destiny. She put up with all of our questions about living in Kansas, from mail delivery to small-town high-schools and even internet access! (Thanks for being a good sport!). It was so fascinating to watch the locals all interacting with each other like one big family. On top of the great food and service, Destiny suggested a nearby RV park where we could stay for the night, and that stop in Wallace, KS ended being one of the highlights of our...

We visited here because of the 4.7 rating. To be completely honest, we were not impressed. My tenderloin sandwich had a thick layer of fat around most of the meat. Where I come from this is all trimmed off before tenderizing. My wifes order was messed up but in all fairness the waitress offered to correct it. She declined, but didn't care for her meal either. We heard some locals talking to each other about how wonderful the restaurant was and how many times a week they visit. We think this is great and don't want to take away from that, but at the same time need to say that we've had...
